Lining materials are pasted on the walls. In this case, the pipe is divided into lengths of about several hundred torr and lined at once, but since the length is finite, there are always ends at the lined portions.
However, in this terminal, the lining material may peel off from the inner surface of the tube, and once this peels off, the peeled part rapidly spreads, causing the lining material to collapse diametrically due to its own weight, blocking the flow path. Sometimes it happens. Furthermore, if the pipe line is damaged at the peeled part, fluid may leak or underground water may enter from there, and the effectiveness of the lining may be lost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a method and apparatus for effectively securing the ends of the lining to the pipe in a lined conduit and preventing the lining from peeling away from the ends.

Due to the action, the pressure expanding part village 17 is caused by the annular spring 22
, 23 and are pushed and expanded. As a result, the outer circumferential surface of the side pressure member 17 expands the expansion ring 7 and plastically deforms it, thereby firmly holding the lining village 2 between the expansion ring 7 and the pipe line 1. When expanding the expansion ring 7, there is a risk that the conduit 1 will be damaged by the force, but according to the present invention, the protection ring 3 prevents the conduit 1 from being damaged. or,
By iron-coupling a packing made of an elastic material such as rubber or soft plastic between the expansion ring 7 and the lining village 2, damage to the lining material 2 is prevented and the lining material 2 is held more firmly. be able to. Further, the same effect can be obtained by forming a convex shape in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the expansion ring 7. As described above, in the method of the present invention, a protective ring is attached to the outer periphery of the end of the conduit, and an expansion ring is fitted into the lining material and expanded, thereby creating a gap between the expansion ring and the conduit. Since the lining material is held between the pipes, the lining material is firmly fixed at the end portion thereof and will not peel off from the end portion.

Furthermore, since the device of the present invention uses a hydraulic cylinder and converts the force in the direction of expansion across the taper, it can generate a powerful force sufficient to plastically deform the metal expansion ring.
