By inserting fabric, leather, etc. into the surface of footwear molded from synthetic resin, the present inventor has achieved excellent aesthetics and design that cannot be achieved with footwear molded entirely from synthetic resin. succeeded in manufacturing high-quality footwear with Moreover, the footwear manufactured by this method has good connection between the sheet-like members, reduces the occurrence of defective products, and is ideal for mass production because it is mass-produced by machines. It has features you don't need. just,
In this manufacturing method, it is necessary to temporarily fix the sheet-like member to the mold, and this temporary fixing work is relatively difficult, so the overall effect depends on how easily, quickly, and completely the temporary fixing process can be done. The manufacturing efficiency and defective rate are determined. This is because the sheet-like member needs to be inserted accurately in a predetermined position, and the most preferred location for inserting the sheet-like member is on the outer surface of the band or upper, so the sheet-like member must be inserted into the female type. It needs to be temporarily secured on the inside. However, the female mold has a concave shape in the center, so it has the disadvantage that it takes a lot of effort to temporarily fasten the sheet-like member. In addition, most sheet-like members have an uneven surface and are strongly adhered to the synthetic resin as they are, but most sheet-like members have an adhesive that melts or softens and adheres to the surface to be inserted when heat is applied. This adhesive layer has relatively good adhesion even without heating, so
It is easy to temporarily fix this adhesive layer in contact with the mold. However, this adhesive layer is formed on the side that is inserted into the synthetic resin, so if this side is inserted in contact with the mold, the adhesive layer will be exposed to the outer surface of the footwear and will not bond to the synthetic resin. There will be no contact. The inventor of the present invention made good use of these conditions and repeated numerous experiments and trial and error in order to easily temporarily fix the sheet-like member. The sheet-like member is not temporarily fixed to the molding chamber on the opposite side from where it will be inserted, and the sheet-like member is moved to the opposite side where it will be inserted by the inflow of the synthetic resin press-fitted into the molding chamber. By developing an epoch-making method that was unimaginable with conventional molding methods, we succeeded in solving all of the drawbacks of conventional molding methods at once.

Therefore, an important object of the present invention is to make it easy and quick to temporarily fix a sheet-like member in the forming chamber of a mold, thereby reducing the time required to open the mold and significantly improving overall productivity. Furthermore, when it comes to sheet-like members with an adhesive layer formed on the insert surface, the adhesive layer can be temporarily fixed in direct contact with the molding chamber, and the press-fitted synthetic resin allows the sheet-like member to be tightly attached to the molding chamber. of the sheet-like member. The sheet-shaped member is inserted with one side completely exposed on the surface of the synthetic resin, which reduces the defective rate of the product, and also allows for the manufacture of high-grade and highly aesthetic footwear without requiring advanced technology. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing footwear. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

In the method of manufacturing footwear in which the sheet-like member shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is inserted, the entire sandal is molded from synthetic resin, and the sheet-like member 2 is formed on the surface of the band 1 with one side exposed. In the molding process, a synthetic resin injection hole 4 is first drilled in the sheet-like member 2 on the opposite side of the mold molding chamber 3 from where the sheet-like member 2 is inserted. The synthetic resin injection hole 4 of the core 5 is temporarily fixed to the core 5, and then the mold is closed and the synthetic resin is press-fitted from the synthetic resin injection hole 4 into the molding chamber 3. Then, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. After the synthetic resin is cooled and hardened in this state, the sandals are taken out from the mold. The sheet-like member 2 is pressed onto the inner surface of the core 5 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. The synthetic resin injection hole 4 is temporarily fixed in a state where it is blocked, and the synthetic resin flowing from the injection hole 4 is pressed against the surface of the molding chamber 3 on the opposite side to be inserted into the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. be done.

Therefore, the sheet-like member 2 is made of at least a material through which the press-fitted synthetic resin does not penetrate, such as cloth, natural or synthetic leather, or a synthetic resin formed into a sheet shape, either alone or of the same or different kind. A product made by stacking and bonding multiple sheets is used. Most of the surfaces into which the sheet-like members of footwear are inserted, whether they are the uppers of sandals or the uppers of shoes, are curved into three-dimensional curved surfaces. Therefore, the sheet-like member should be flexible enough to deform along its curved surface, and most sheet-like members suitable for inserting into footwear should be flexible. . As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, a protrusion 7 corresponding to the periphery of the sheet-like member is formed on the surface of the molding chamber 3 in which the sheet-like member 2 is inserted, on the surface facing the injection hole 4. If the sheet-like member 2 is inserted into this convex strip 7, the position of the sheet-like member can be determined reliably, and misalignment during molding can be prevented.
Since a portion of the periphery of the sheet-like member 2 is buried in the synthetic resin, the sheet-like member 2 may be cut somewhat larger, thereby increasing the cutting accuracy of the dimensions and shape required for the sheet-like member. Sheet-like member 2 that is relaxed and somewhat oversized

Although the sheet-like member 2 is inserted into the upper surface of the sunglasses, the present invention is not limited to sandals, and can be similarly applied to, for example, the upper of shoes or the band of slippers. The location where the sheet-like member is inserted is not limited to the band or the upper; for example, the sheet-like member may be inserted into the upper surface of a footwear stand.

In order to insert it into the upper surface of the footwear stand, a sheet-like member is temporarily pushed out onto the upper surface of the female mold for forming the footwear stand, and a synthetic resin injection hole is drilled in the female mold at the location where the sheet-like member is temporarily fixed. The synthetic resin is press-fitted upward through this synthetic resin injection hole to push the sheet-like member upward, and the sheet-like member is inserted in a state in which it is in close contact with the bottom surface of the core.

In this way, when temporarily fixing a sheet-like member to a female mold for molding a footwear stand, the sheet-like member can be placed in a molding chamber that is open at the top and temporarily fixed, so temporary fixing is easy. At the same time, the sheet-like member does not fall from the mold during temporary fixing, and the synthetic resin that is press-fitted is tightly attached to the top surface of the footwear stand, so that the top surface of the footwear table forms a three-dimensional curved surface along the sole of the foot. Even if the sheet-like member is formed with a projection such as an acupressure protrusion, the sheet-like member is formed along the upper surface of the footwear stand and inserted into the upper surface. In order to more strongly adhere the sheet-like member to the synthetic resin so as to prevent it from peeling off from the surface of the footwear after molding, the side of the sheet-like member to be inserted into the synthetic resin, as shown in Figures 3 to 5. It is preferable to form an adhesive layer on the lower surface of the sheet-like member 2. The adhesive layer is preferably one that melts or softens when heated to produce adhesive strength, so that it can adhere well to the molten synthetic resin heated to a high temperature. As described above, the method for manufacturing footwear according to the present invention includes molding at least a part of the footwear with a synthetic resin and inserting a sheet-like member into the surface of the synthetic resin. The sheet-like member is not temporarily attached to the surface of the molding chamber where it will be inserted, but is temporarily attached to the side opposite to where it will be inserted, and in the temporarily attached state, it is temporarily attached in a state that blocks the synthetic resin injection hole of the mold. However, the molten synthetic resin that is press-injected into the molding chamber from the synthetic resin injection hole presses and moves the sheet-like member from the temporarily fastened side to the inserted side, so that, for example, a band When inserting a sheet-like member onto the surface of the core or upper shell, the sheet-like member can be temporarily secured by running it along the surface of the core, and the sheet-like member can be temporarily secured easily and quickly, reducing the time required to open the mold. The overall production rate is significantly improved, and since the synthetic resin press-fitted into the molding chamber presses the sheet-like member in close contact with the insert surface of the molding chamber, the sheet-like member without shifting its position or having part of it buried in the synthetic resin.
It is inserted into the synthetic resin surface with one side exposed.

Furthermore, when the sheet-like member has an adhesive layer on the surface to be inserted, the surface on which the adhesive layer that easily adheres is formed,
Since temporary fixing can be performed while in contact with the mold, temporary fixing becomes easier, and displacement of the sheet-like member after temporarily fixing is effectively prevented, and the sheet-like member can be
The insert is accurately inserted into the predetermined position of the footwear without misalignment, reducing the defective rate, and producing high-quality footwear with a wide variety of designs. Furthermore, since the footwear is mass-produced using a synthetic resin molding machine, the advanced technology and complicated labor required for manufacturing footwear can be omitted, and everyone can enjoy footwear with excellent aesthetics and high commercial value. It is effective in manufacturing.
