In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes a cabinet body that is bent into a substantially U-shape. For example, a rectangular board is formed into a U-shape by making a plurality of kerfs in two places, and then bending from the kerf-forming portions. can do. At this time, the top and side surfaces of the edge material 24 are made flush with the top and side surfaces of the cabinet body 21. As another conventional example, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, a cabinet main body 21 with a decorative sheet is formed in the same manner as in the above conventional example, while a gear vignette main body 21 is formed with a decorative sheet.
A first frame 25 formed in a gate shape is fixed slightly inside the front end surface of the frame, and a second frame 26 is attached to this first frame 25.
The edge material 27 is fixed to the tip surface of the cabinet body 21 and the tip surface of the second frame 26 by fixing it with a tack or the like so that its tip is flush with the tip surface of the cabinet body 21. was.

Note that the corner portion 21a of the cabinet body 21 has a predetermined radius. However, in the above manufacturing method, the cabinet body 21 and the edge materials 24 and 27 must be processed separately, which increases the number of processing steps.
The disadvantage is that the product cost is high, and it is very difficult to join the surfaces of the cabinet body 21 and the edge materials 24, 27 so that they are flush with each other, and to prevent gaps from forming between them. It was hot.

Moreover, when a wooden veneer such as beech wood or taran wood is used as the edge materials 24 and 27, the wood veneer must be cut with a knife or the like to form a predetermined shape, and then painted and finished. The disadvantage is that it requires In addition, for edge materials that are made of extruded synthetic resin and are fixed,
The drawback was that it required a large amount of mold cost. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms a cabinet original board by integrally joining an elongated decorative edge board to the end surface of the long side of a rectangular decorative board in a butted manner. By carving grooves in the width direction at two locations and bending from the grooves, it is possible to create a gate-shaped cabinet in which the cabinet body is formed by the decorative board and the edge material is formed by the decorative edge board. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cabinet. To explain an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, a rectangular decorative board 2 with a flexible decorative film or sheet 1 such as a vinyl chloride film pasted on the J side of the rectangular decorative board 2 is attached to an end surface of one side of the decorative board 2.
The cabinet original board A is formed by joining the decorative edge boards 3 having the same thickness, the same length and the same length so as to butt the long side end faces of the decorative rim boards 3, and then covering this joint part as shown in Fig. 2. In this way, the rectangular affixing plates 4a, 4b, and 4c are bonded at predetermined intervals A and a in the length direction in a state where they overlap from the back surface of the decorative edge board 3 to a part of the back surface of the decorative board 2. .

4 Among these affixing plates 4a, 4b, 4c, the affixing plates 4a, 4c at both ends in the length direction have one end surface on the long side and one end surface on the short side adjacent thereto as a decorative edge plate. Both ends of 3 are overlapped so that they are flush with the end face of one side corner, and one end face of the long side of the central splicing board 4b is flush with the end face of the central part in the length direction of the decorative edge board 3. They are polymerized and attached so that they are flush with each other. Further, the spacing parts A and a between the front and rear end surfaces of the adjacent affixing plates 4a, 4b, 4b, and 4c correspond to the corner parts of the cabinet to be formed, respectively. The decorative edge board 3 may be made of the same or different material as the decorative board 2, but for example, it may be made of a decorative board pasted with natural wood veneer, and the surface thereof may be made of a flexible transparent colored material. A synthetic resin film or sheet 5 is attached.

Next, a groove 8 having a predetermined width and a rectangular cross section is cut from the back side of the central part of the affixing plates 4a, 4b, and 4c over the entire length thereof to the vicinity of the surface of the decorative edge plate 3 as shown in FIG. At the same time, both ends of the bottom surface of the rectangular groove 8 are further cut over the entire length to form V-shaped or U-shaped folding grooves 9, 9 that reach the decorative sheet 5 of the decorative edge board 3.

At this time, a part of the decorative sheet portion of the decorative edge board 3 located in the rectangular groove 8 is left, and a straight edge 15a along the outer edge of the rectangular groove 8 and an inner side of the rectangular groove 8 from the tip of the straight edge are formed. A fan-shaped sheet portion 15 is formed having an arcuate edge portion 15b curved in an arc toward the end. After forming in this way,
As shown in FIG. 6, the outer parts of the splicing plates 4a, 4b, 4c superimposed and adhered to the decorative edge board 3 through the folding grooves 9, 9 are folded inward, and the back surfaces of the splicing plates 4a, 4c are folded inward. 4B,
