However, on the other hand, the constituent materials themselves are expensive, and the manufacturing and
The disadvantage is that the manufacturing cost is high because it requires a melting furnace and casting equipment. In addition, in manufacturing, operations such as pouring are fraught with danger because high-temperature molten metal is handled, and the former requires complicated post-processing processes such as finishing and polishing, while the latter requires complicated post-processing processes such as finishing and polishing. In order to prevent corrosion, deformation, or damage to the box frame, the thickness of the box frame and the injection temperature must be adjusted, and special measures such as a cooling water tank must be taken to prevent the box frame from being eroded by hot metal. The drawback is that it takes time to manufacture. In addition, since the entire structure is a lump of iron or steel, it is difficult to dismantle it when it is no longer used, which means that it is difficult to dismantle it when it is no longer used, which means that it requires transporting heavy objects from the place of use to the melting equipment, or using cutting burners. The disadvantage is that the work must be divided over a long period of time. The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional balance weights as described above, fully satisfies the various conditions required for balance weights, and provides a balance weight particularly suitable for construction machinery, heavy cranes, etc. In other words, the aim is to obtain a balance weight having the following characteristics. (a) High specific gravity and weight value as designed.

(to) It's cheap. In order to achieve this object, the present invention stores bar-shaped steel scraps having a substantially circular cross section, the same diameter, and a length substantially equal to the depth of the box in parallel in a box made of a steel plate, and a space in the box. The box is filled with gravimetric mortar, which is a slurry of steel slag or powdered ironstone mixed with cement and water, and the solidified gravimetric mortar is used to solidify the bar-shaped steel scraps inside the box.

5 is bar-shaped steel scrap 4 which is the main heavy aggregate in the present invention,
The rod-shaped cross-sections are approximately circular and are inserted vertically into the steel plate box 3 to almost the full depth through the opening of the steel plate box 3, and are stored in parallel as shown in the figure. Since the steel scrap 5 has a circular cross section, an appropriate amount of void is formed within the box.

Here, as the bar-shaped steel scraps 5, scraps from bar-shaping rolling may be used, but more suitable are injection pipe scraps generated during the steel ingot making process. A large amount of this injection pipe waste is generated in the above process, but in the past, it was only used as a raw material for iron manufacturing and had no other use. However, injection pipe waste has a pipe body filled with steel, has a specific gravity equivalent to that of a cast product, has a considerable length, and is relatively uniform in diameter. Therefore, if such injection pipe waste is arranged as the main heavy aggregate in the steel plate box 3 in an orderly manner as in this embodiment, approximately 80% or more of the box volume can be used as the main heavy aggregate. It is possible to make the specific gravity equivalent to that of the balance weight, which opens up the possibility of industrial use of injection pipe waste and increases its added value. 6 is heavy mortar, steel slag (preferably converter slag) or fine ore 61
is used as aggregate, cement 62 and water are added to this and kneaded to form a slurry.
The steel plate box side is injected into the steel plate box 3 between the outermost bar-shaped steel scraps, between each bar-shaped steel scrap, between the upper end of the bar-shaped steel scrap and the cover plate 4, and at the lower end of the bar-shaped steel scrap. The bar-shaped copper scraps 5 are solidified so as to fill the voids 7 (see FIG. 4) between the bottom plate 31 and the bottom plate 31, and the bar-shaped copper scraps 5 are immovably (integrally) packed into the copper plate box 3 by this heavy mortar 6. .

As mentioned above, the balance weight according to the present invention is fixed to the target airframe by the mounting bracket 36 when used, and uses bar-shaped steel scrap 5 having a substantially circular cross section as the main weight aggregate. are housed in a box 3 made of steel plates, and the filler that fills the gaps between the bar-shaped steel scraps 5 with circular cross sections and binds them together has a higher specific gravity than sand or ballast, which is the aggregate of ordinary mortar. (Surface dry specific gravity 3.4 to 3.6) The heavy mortar 6 containing steel slag and powdered ore 61 fills every inch of the gap, resulting in a high specific gravity (6 to 7.3y1cT1) as a whole. Become something. In addition, the main heavy aggregate is an aggregate of many bar-shaped steel scraps 5, and the gap-filling heavy aggregate is powder-like, so the number of bar-shaped copper scraps 5 stored in the steel plate box 3 is adjusted. or steel slag or fine ore into heavy mortar61
By adjusting the formulation, it is possible to easily adjust the weight (specific gravity adjustment) in any way during the manufacturing process, and therefore, the balance weight can be achieved with a weight value as designed. Furthermore, in the present invention, the bar-shaped steel scraps 5 are closely housed in the copper plate box 3, and the gaps between them and between the bar-shaped steel scraps 5 are filled with heavy mortar 6 to form an integral structure. The reinforcing effect of 5 ensures strength that will not cause damage under normal impact loads.

Moreover, when the service life of the equipped aircraft has expired and the balance weight is to be dismantled, the heavy aggregate is not in one piece.
The steel plate box 3 is opened by being essentially independent rod-shaped bodies, and the member connecting these rod-shaped bodies is heavy mortar 6, which is easily crushed.
By crushing the heavy mortar 6, the main heavy aggregate can be easily divided into small pieces. The bar-shaped steel scraps 5 separated and removed are
It can be easily reused as aggregate for other balance weights or as a raw material for steel manufacturing. Moreover, when manufacturing the balance weight according to the present invention, a steel plate box 3 of a necessary size is made, and bar-shaped steel scraps 5 are placed vertically in the steel plate box 3 as shown in Fig. 4a. As shown in FIG. 4b, the box opening is sealed with a cover plate 4, and separately, steel slag or fine ore 61 and cement 62 are weighed and mixed with water to form a slurry-like gravimetric mortar 6.
It is only necessary to make a slurry-like heavy mortar 6 and fill the box with the milk injection method from the injection pipe 41 of the cover plate 4 as shown in FIG. 4c. These operations are performed at room temperature, do not require special equipment such as a melting furnace, and do not require complicated post-processing such as finishing or polishing. Therefore, the work is very simple and can be produced safely in a short period of time, and waste materials such as injection pipe waste are used as the main heavy aggregate, and cheap and large amounts of steel slag and fine ore are used as the filler aggregate. Since it uses raw materials that can be obtained from other countries, it can be manufactured at a low cost that is compatible with the above-mentioned ease of manufacturing. As described above, when using the balance weight of the present invention, bar-shaped steel scraps 5 having a substantially circular cross section, substantially equal diameters, and a length substantially equal to the depth of the box are stored in parallel in the steel plate box 3, and A gravimetric mortar 6 in the form of a slurry made by mixing steel slag or ore powder 61 with cement 62 and water was injected into the space in the box and solidified, and the bar-shaped steel scraps 5 were solidified in the box by the gravimetric mortar 6. It has the weight value as designed in terms of specific gravity, has appropriate strength when in use, can be easily dismantled so that the aggregate can be reused when disposed of, and is extremely easy and inexpensive to manufacture. In addition, the added value of injection pipe waste and steel slag was increased, and appropriate resource saving was achieved.
