Cable pipes are often laid to pass a large number of cables, and the length of the tunnel was originally 50 to 100 meters, but now it is 300 to 400 meters.
It has reached the point where a 00m length is also requested.

In order to make the wheels run smoothly inside the sheath pipe, concrete is poured horizontally on the inner bottom 2 of the sheath pipe 1, as shown in FIG.
A four-wheeled truck 7 having a 6-wheel drive system is run, and a unit separator plate 9 having a plurality of circular holes or semicircular holes 8 for passing cable conduits is installed on the truck 7 to separate a plurality of cable conduits 10.
They are stacked vertically and horizontally at appropriate intervals, and these are sequentially moved inside the sheath tube 1 using the cart.

It takes a considerable amount of time and money to pour concrete and fix the two guide rails. In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a guide roller that moves up and down with respect to the trolley at the center between the wheels of the trolley on which a plurality of cable conduits are stacked and separated by a plurality of separators. This is a cable conduit holding and moving device that engages with a guide rail fixed to the inner surface of the central bottom part of the sheath tube. To explain this in detail with reference to Figure 2, the same reference numerals as in Figure 1 indicate the same parts,

FIG. 3 is a front sectional view showing various embodiments of the balancing device for the truck, in which the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 indicate the same parts, and in FIG. It is a roller whose central groove 22 engages with the locking part 14 in the upper opening 13 of the guide rail 12.

In FIG. 3, 23 is a caster fixed to the lower part of the trolley 7, and its lower half 24 is inserted into the guide rail 12 through the upper opening 13 of the guide rail 12, and the caster 23 is inserted into the guide rail 12 through the upper opening 13 of the guide rail 12. 14 prevents lateral vibration and allows automatic movement in the vertical direction by the height of the guide rail 12.

。Therefore, the casters prevent the cart from swinging laterally and can freely move up and down within the height range inside the guide rail 25.
The cable conduit holding and moving device of the present invention moves a guide roller that moves up and down with respect to the dolly at the center between the wheels of a dolly on which a plurality of cable conduits are stacked and separated by a plurality of separators, to move the guide roller to the sheath pipe. Since it engages with a guide rail fixed to the inner surface of the lowest central part, it is possible to run the bogie regardless of vertical, horizontal, horizontal bends, twists, or differences in the sheath tube, and it also prevents unbalanced loads caused by swinging of the bogie. However, the guide rollers and guide rails are constantly and reliably engaged, and the conventional concrete pouring at the bottom of the sheath pipe can be used as a guide rail, making the most effective use of the space inside the sheath pipe. This contributes to the miniaturization of the
