Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、現場打コンクリートの柱および梁とプレ
キヤストコンクリート壁板(以下PC壁板という)で建
物を構築する場合に、PC壁板の上部と梁部との当接部
分およびその両側と柱部との当接する部分に対する変位

も絶縁材を介して変位可能に重合設定する接合工法を開
発したが、本発明はPC壁板を梁部に対して全面的に結
合することなく、その両端部においてのみ強固なアンカ
ー金物によつて締結し、その中間および柱体に当接する
部分は絶縁材を介して変位可能となるように融通性ある
接合部を構成することによつて外力による梁部の歪み等
に対して中間の変位可能部分においてその伝達を避けて
PC壁板を保護するように改良したものであつて、その
構成を図面の実施例について説明すれば、1は建物の壁
体となるPC壁板にして、その上部の建物の梁部に対応
する面の両端にそれぞれアンカー金物2、2を突出埋設
すると共に、その上縁に上部連結金物3、3を取りつけ
、また下縁両側には後記する梁部の鉄骨に対する下部締
結金物4,4を設けかつ下向に高さ調整用ボルト5,5
