に端子ブロック2の側周部に接着剤4を塗布し、しかる
のちにカバー5を端子ブロック2に被せてカバー5と端
子ブ上ツク2側面との接合部の接着剤4にて接着せしめ
ることを特徴とする継電器のシール方法に係り、その目
的とするところは一度の接着剤の塗布作業にて端子板と
端子ブロックとの隙間のシール及びカバーと端子ブロッ
クとの接合部のシールと行なうことのできる継電器のシ

本発明を以下一実施例に基いて詳述する。第1図は本発
明の一実施例の分解斜視図を示すものて、図中1は合成
樹脂製の端子ブロック2の周辺部に複数個インサート成
形された端子板であり、端子ブ泪ツク2を上下に貫通し
ている。複数の端子板1のうち端子ブ冶ツク2の周辺部
上面の略中央部に突出している端子板1には夫々接点ば
ね5の一端が溶接固定してあり、他の端子板1には夫々
矩形板状の固定接点6が取着されており、接点ばね5の
他端に取着せしめた可動接点18と上記固定接点j6と
が接触開離自在となつている。端子ブロック2の上面周
部の縁部には全周に渡つて凹段部7が形成してあり、こ
の凹段部7の側壁部8には端子ブロック2内部の各端子
板1に至る接着剤注入孔3が夫々穿孔せしめてある。第
1図において図中・9は励磁コイル10の上部に載置さ
れる支持台11の軸棒12に軸孔13を被入して回動自
在に保持されるアマチュアであり、その両側に形成され
ている対向磁極14内に、励磁コイル10の励磁により
磁化されるヨーク板15をアマチユア9の回動可能な間
隙を介して挿入されている。そして端子プロツク2の中
央部に陥設された凹所16内に励磁コイル10を挿置す
ることにより、アマチユア9が端子プロツク2の周部上
面に突出している端子板1や接点ばね5等と略同じ高さ
に位置するようになつている。アマチユア9の押圧突起
17と当接自在となつてアマチユア9が所定方向へ回動
すると可動接点18が固定接点6と接触あるいは開離す
るようになつている。20は永久磁石、5は端子プロツ

3に第3図bに示すように低粘度の接着剤4を注入する
と共に、同じく接着剤4を凹段部7の全周に渡つて塗布
する。この時、低粘度の接着剤4は第3図に示すように
毛細管現象,により、接着剤注入孔3奥所の端子板1と
端子プロツク2との間に生じているすき間に入り込む。
これにより端子板1と端子プロツク2との間の隙間のシ
ールが為されることになる。しかる後、第2図cに示す
ように下方が開口した箱状の合成樹;脂製カバー5の下
端角部を端子プロツク2の凹段部7に接着剤4を介して
被着する。こうして端子プロツク2とカバー5とのシー
ルが為されることになる。本発明は上述のように端子板
をインサートせるこ端子プロツクに側面より端子板に至
る接着剤注入孔を穿設し、この接着剤注入孔に低粘度の
接着剤を注入して端子板と端子プロツクとの隙間に接着
剤を浸透せしめると共に、端子プロツクの側周部に接着
剤を塗布し、しかるのちにカバーを端子プロツクに被せ
てカバーと端子プロツク側面との接合部を接着剤いて接
着せしめるようにしたからつまりは端子プロツクと端子
板との隙間を埋めるための接着剤の注入部である接着剤
注入孔が端子フロツクの側面に設けられていると共に、
端子プロツクとカバーとを接着するための接着剤の塗布
を行なう部分が同じく端子プロツクの側周部であること
から、端子ブ陥ツクと端子板との間の隙間のシールと、
端子プロツクとカバーとの接合面のシールとを一度の接
着剤の塗布作業によつて略同時に行なえるものであつて
、作業工程の簡略化による作業時間の短縮が可能となる
と共に、製造コストの定価を達成することができるもの
であり、また接着剤注入孔が端子プロツクの側面にある
ことから、端子プロツクの端子板が突出する表面には接
着剤が存在せず、このために自動半田槽へ浸漬した時の
熱シヨツクが直接端子板シール部に加わらず、シール漏
れがない上に、端子プロツク表面に端子板の記号を表示
しておいても接着剤で隠れてしまうことがないものであ
