The adhesive core 3 is pulled out onto the workbench 2 on the frame 1, an outer fabric (not shown) is placed on the core 3 and heated, and the adhesive core 3 and the outer fabric are placed between the pressure belt 5 placed on the belt conveyor 4. The adhesive strips 6 are bonded together under pressure, and the adhesive strip 6 sent from the conveyor 4 is wound onto a reel 8 supported on a machine frame 7.

By applying force, the reel 8 will be wound extremely strongly. In order to eliminate such inconveniences, conventionally, the drive belt 10 of the reel 8 and the pulley IJI 1 are constructed so as to be able to slip appropriately when winding up the adhesive strip.

。However, even with this, the winding force of the reel 8, that is, the above-mentioned tensile force, acts quite strongly on the adhesive band, and if the outer fabric has almost no elasticity, the reel drive may be stopped occasionally. However, if a highly stretchable material such as a knitted material is used as the outer material, there is a problem in that the adhesive band wound up on the reel stretches too much and cannot be finished to the desired size. Furthermore, even if the adhesive band is not elastic, the above-mentioned troublesome labor is required, and in addition, slipping the drive belt is extremely inconvenient from the viewpoint of the durability of the belt. Furthermore, installing the conveyor drive mechanism and take-up reel drive mechanism separately requires two motors for one band bonding press machine, which complicates the configuration of the band bonding press machine. . The object of the present invention is to provide an automatic winding device that does not have any of the above-mentioned disadvantages in the above-mentioned band adhesion press machine, automatic belt-like washing device, etc. The object of the present invention is to provide an automatic winding device that can be easily applied to band bonding press machines and the like.

A blade-shaped pinching plate 24 is provided on the circumferential surface of the roller so as to be able to pinch the end of the adhesive band 6, and is supported on a support shaft 25 via a rolling bearing 26. The roller 20 is made of a cylindrical body, and is designed to be able to rotate easily.

A support roller 30 is rotatably attached to the arm 29, and a support roller 30 is rotatably attached to the lower end of the arm 29, and the support roller 30 is rotatably attached to the conveyor 4 by the support frame 22 and the conveyor 4. A slit 31 is provided to enable the supported winding roller 4 roller 20 to move in the vertical direction, and the spindle 25 of the winding roller 20 is moved from the slit 31 to 1.
It is made to protrude outward from the pair of guide plates 27. Support frame 22
Further, a guide rod 32 is installed horizontally to guide the adhesive strip 6 sent out from the conveyor 4 so that it is reversed and wound up by the winding roller 20.

Alternatively, the guide plate 27 may be supported by the support frame 22, the machine frame 7, the frame 1, etc. so as not to contact the upper surface of the conveyor 4. Furthermore, the support frame 22 does not necessarily need to be attached to the machine frame 7 via the attachment member 21, but for example, it may be fixedly attached to the machine frame 7 and the winding roller 22
can be configured to be supported movably in the vertical direction. In the above configuration, the take-up roller 20 is placed on the adhesive strip 6 supplied by the conveyor 4 and follows the movement of the adhesive strip 6, so that the adhesive strip 6 sent out from the conveyor 4 is sagged downward as shown in the figure. In this state, the paper is hung on the guide rod 32 and its tip is sandwiched between the clamping plate 24 of the winding roller 20.

きるものである。Since the wind-up roller 20 is rotating as the adhesive band 6 moves, the adhesive band 6 is wound around the circumferential surface of the roller. The adhesive strip 6 being wound up by the winding roller 20 is guided by a guide plate 27 to prevent irregular winding. As is clear from the figure, the direction in which the winding roller 20 is driven to loosen the adhesive band 6 that has been wound up by the roller,
It is important that the winding roller 20 is configured so that the urging force of the spring 23 (or its own weight) is constantly applied and that the winding roller 20 rotates very easily. The adhesive band 6 wound around the circumferential surface of the sawing roller does not sag, and the winding progresses smoothly. As the winding progresses, the winding diameter of the adhesive band 6 gradually increases, and the winding roller 20 gradually moves upward between the guide plates 27. Since the adhesive strip 6 on the outer periphery contacts the adhesive strip 6 on the conveyor 4 and rotates the winding roller 20, there is no problem that the winding speed increases as the winding diameter increases.
Therefore, the inconvenience of tensile force acting on the rolled up adhesive strip is completely eliminated. In other words, even if the strip to be rolled up is elastic, it will not be rolled up by the winding roller in a stretched state, but will be automatically rolled up by the winding roller without any tensile force acting on it. Since the rollers for rolling up and winding up are driven by the belt-shaped material supplied by the conveyor, in addition to the conventional conveyor drive mechanism, another motor, belt, pulley, etc. are provided. This is not necessary, the configuration is significantly simplified, and there is no need to use an unreasonable configuration such as slipping the belt. The present invention can be immediately applied to conventionally used band bonding press machines and the like.
