本発明は浮上輸送又は浮上発電可能なパッケージ形発

びタービン建屋を浮上可能な船台上に据付け、一つの巨
大なパッケージに工場内で製作、組立し、このパッケー
ジを潜水可能式バージにより発電所建設現場近くまで海
上、河川等の水路を利用して一体輸送し、あらかじめ用
意された設置場所に曳航し、上記船台に設けたバラスト
タンクに注水することにより着床させ、周囲を埋め戻し
の上、パッケージ外の電気、水、燃料設備等と接続する
ことにより現地据付工事期間を大巾に短縮させ、工場内
で充分に品質管理の行き届いた発電設備を製作ならしめ
るパッケージ形発電プラント方式が考えられている。

部分を搭載し1つの巨大なパッケージPとして構成する
。尚図中の20は、これら機器保護の為のタービン発電
機建屋である。発電パッケージを構成するこれらの各機
器は、工場において厳密な管理のもとに短時間の間に製
作し、船台1上に組立搭載される。第4図は発電パッケ
ージPの水上輸送状態を示す図であり、図においてPは
発電パッケージであり、Bはこの発電パッケージPを搭
載する為の潜水可能式バージである。またTはこの潜水
可能式バージBを曵航する為の曵航船、Sは水路例えば
海である。このように曳航船Tにより発電所建設現場近
くまで発電パッケージは曵航される。この様にパッケー
ジ形発電プラントは発電プラント設備およびそれぞれを
収納する建屋を製造者の任意の場合で一括製作、組立し
、また水上輸送可能の所であれば世界の如何なる所でも
設置することができる。又上記説明の発電パッケージは
、陸上に固定設置することなく、水上に浮上させた状態
で固定し、所定期間発生電力を陸上に送電する移動発電

如き不具合に鑑みてなされたものでパッケージ形発電設
備の一構成要因となる油入変圧器をパッケージ内に搭載
し、スペースの有効利用を図るとともに、火災防止及び
防音効果をこ保ちつつ、万一の変圧器内部事故による噴
油が生じても、他機器への事故波及を皆無にするように

ケージ船底構造部に防油堤構造物を設け、変圧器室と船
底構造部は連絡管によつて接続し、噴油時に他への油の
流出を防止するような構造とする。以下、本発明を第5

ような状態において変圧器内部事故が発生した場合には
、噴油による事故波及防止ができない欠点がある。又、
事故を最少限度にくいとめた場合においても、限られた
スペースでの保修、点検は非効率的であり、事故復旧ま
でに相当の損失を負うことになつている。そこで本発明
はパッケージ内にすべての変圧器5〜7、又はこれらの
一部を収納する変圧器室21を設け、この内に変圧器を
設置するとともに、万一の変圧器内部事故にそなえ、変
圧器室21と船底構造物としてのバラストタンク22に
防油提23を設け、さらに変圧器室21とバラストタン
ク24は連絡管24によつて接続し、変圧器事故による
墳油時には他への油の流出を防止し、この連絡管24を
通して、バラストタンク24に集められる構造としてい
る。したがつて他機器への事故波及がなく事故は最小限
でくいとめることができる。以上説明したように本発明
を使用すれば、パッケージ形発電設備の一構成要因とな
る油入変圧器をパッケージ内に搭載しても、スペースの
有効利用が図れ、火災防止及び防音効果を保ちつつ、万
一の変圧器内部事故による噴油が生じても他機器への事
