高耐電圧樹脂中に埋設した放電電極を有することにある

電極に接続した導電性板材を上記中央電極の先端が接触
するロータ電極の周辺部に対向させるごとく折り返すと
共に、その折り返し部分の上半部を上記高耐電圧樹脂中
に埋設した放電電極を有することを特徴とする内燃機関
