It is composed of a cooling fin 31 formed of a corrugated peak portion and a contact surface portion 32 formed of a corrugated trough portion and in contact with the outer periphery of the stator core and a flange to be described later. 4 is steel plate outer frame 3
5 is a bracket attached to the flange 4, 6 is an internal fan, 7 is an external fan, and 8 is a rotating shaft that rotates together with the rotor 2.

よる冷却効果の悪化などの欠点があつた。Therefore, when the rotor 2 rotates, the cooling air is directed by the internal fan 6 and external fan 7, which are respectively attached to the rotating shaft 8, in the directions indicated by the dotted line arrow (inside air path) and the solid line arrow (outside air path) in FIG. It circulates and passes through the air to cool the rotating electrical machine. The outer frame 3 is fixed to the outer periphery of the stator core 1 at a contact surface 32 by welding or the like. In conventional configurations like this, when the outer frame and stator core are welded, the insulating material coated on the surface of the stator core melts and forms blowholes in the weld, reducing the strength of the weld and causing heat conduction. There were drawbacks such as deterioration of the cooling effect due to a decrease in the amount of water.

As described above, according to the present invention, the outer periphery of the laminated stator core is melted in advance to form a welded part, and the welded part and the outer frame are fixed by welding or the like, so that the insulating material burns out. This has the effect of providing a strong bonded part with good thermal conductivity without the occurrence of blowholes.
