本発明は蓮織機て花蓋を織成する場合に花茎のフい草抜

り込みして袋織りしているものである。袋織りにおいて
は、織機の右側のい草分け器より着色い草と無着色い草
との2本づつを交互に送り込みした後には織機の左側の
い草分け器より同様に着色い草と無着色い草とを送り込
みしているもので、しかし、い草の送り込み中に途中で
い草が引きかかつたりして縦糸内に送り込まれない、い
わゆる不発の場合には、花菫の表面に裏い草が斑点とな
つて表出したり、或いは花菫の裏面に表い草が斑点とな
つて表出するい草抜けが発生するもので、従つて縦糸内
へ誘導されたい草を地締め杆へ押圧するオサ杆にい草感
知機構を設け、い草の不発を感知機構で感知してカウン
ターで計測し、例えば1[相]間に3個以上不発が発生
した場合に織機を自動的に停止させて不発の原因を点検
修理する様になしているものである。しかし、10秒間
に1乃至2個の不発の場合には、そのまま織成作動を継
続させ、織成終了後に不発個所を点検し、不発の個所の
前後3本のい草を手作業て引き抜いて、引き抜いた間隙
に上下のい草を引き寄せて修正しているものである。従
つて、修正作業に多くの手間を要し、修正により花菫の
商品価値も低下する欠点があつた。本発明は、上記諸欠
点を解消する目的において、オサ杆に設けたい草感知機
構がい草の不発を感知した場合、後続のい草の3本を自
動的に停止させながらい草抜けを防止する装置であつて
、織成した花蓮にい草抜けの発生するのを防止し、常一
に商品価値の高い花菫を得ることが出来ることを特徴と
