押し出しピン10が、また可動型2には押し出し板13
によつて駆動される押し出しピン12が各々設けられて
いる。次に第2図乃至第4図を参照しつつ上述した構成
からなる型装置を用いて鋳型の造型を行なう工程を説明
する。

る如く、前記可動型2と共に移動する。この時前記鋳砂
吹込み口4及び孔9内に充填された鋳砂による吹込み跡
Bは吹込み跡除去板8の孔9に係合し、鋳砂wと共に図
にて右方に移動できないた4.め、この吹込み跡Bと前
記鋳型Wとの間に剪断力が作用し、前記吹込み跡Bはそ
れにより鋳型Wに対して剪断される。鋳型Wより剪断さ
れた吹込み跡Bはその後、自重によつて前記孔9より抜

すことができる。かくして吹込み跡Bを除去された鋳型

ピン12が図にて左方に前進することにより可動型2よ
り取出される。また前記吹込み跡除去板8は前記型の鋳
砂吹込み側に於ける型合わせ部を全て覆うように設けら
れていてよく、この場合にはブロー時にその型合わせ部
より空気が吹込まれることが防止される。第5図は本発
明による型装置の他の一つの実施例をその要部について
示す断面図である。尚、第5図に於いて第1図に対応す
る部分は第1図に付した符号と同一の符号により示され
ている。かかる実施例の場合には、吹込み跡除去板8が
固定型1に一体に設けられている。従つて、かかる実施
例に於いても上述した実施例と同等の作用効果が得られ
ることを理解されよう。以上に於いては本発明を特定の
実施例について詳細に説明したが、本発明はこれらに限
られるものではなく本発明の範囲内にて種々の実施例が
可能であることは当業者にとつて明らかであろう。
