Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はオレフィン系樹脂層とイージーピール可能なシ
ール層を有するイージーピールフイルムの製造方法に関
し、特にイージーピール可能なシール層の構成とそのイ
ージーピール層が単独では連続的に平滑なフィルム面が
得られなかつたのを得られるようにした共押出し方法に
特徴を有する製造方法に関するものである。

の包装体の場合、相手側のシール層としてはやはり同系
統の樹脂が選択されていたがその場合包装体としては密
封性はあるがイージーピール性はなかつた。

30重量%をブレンドした異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層を更に
PPがシール層の場合、相手側のシール層としては−P
P20〜80重量%にPE20〜8踵量%をブレンドし
た異樹脂層を使うことにより包装体は密封性があつてか
つイージーピールできるようになるが、これらのシール
層の厚みとしては50μ程度あればシール層としての機
能を果たすため一般的には50μ以下の場合が多いが、
前述のような異なる樹脂をブレンドした異樹脂ブレンド
樹脂層を単独で押出した場合、お互いの樹脂の相溶性が
良くない組み合わせのため、溶融時の伸びが悪く、その
ため、ダイスを出た後でフィルムが切れやすく連続生産
できず、更に得られたフィルムは互いの樹脂の相溶性が
悪いため、フィルム表面の肌荒れが生じてしまい、この
フィルムを他のフィルムとラミネートした場合、エアー
を巻き込み熱成形した場合発泡した状態となりフィルム
としては使えなかつた。このため、オレフィン系のシー
ル層とシールされて密封性を有しながらイージーピール
できる前述のような異樹脂ブレンド樹脂をシール層とし
、これらを連続的に生産てき、かつ肌荒れを生じさせな
いで得られないかその製造方法について種々検討した結
果、PE又はEVAのシール層とシールされてイージー
ピール可能なPE又はEVAにポリブテンー1をブレン
ドした異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層やPPのシール層とシール
されてイージーピール可能なPPICPEをブレンドし
た異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層をこれらの樹脂層の押出し加工
性を改善するための加工性改善樹脂層と組み合わして同
時に共押出しすることにより、異樹脂プレンF樹脂層が
ダイスを出た後の引落し時に切れることなく連続的に生
産でき、かつ表面にも肌荒れがなく複合化された状態で
共押出しされた複合フイルl、を得ることができた。こ
のようにPE又はEVAにポリブテンー1をブレンドし
た異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層あるいはPPに.PEをブレン
ドした異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層は単独て押出した場合50
μ程度の薄いフィルムを得ることは困難であつたが、本
発明のようにこれらの異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層と加工性改
善用の樹脂層を組み合わして、例えばPP/(PP+H
DPEブレンド)樹脂層や(PE+ポリブテンー1ブレ
ンド)/アイオノマー/6Ny樹脂層のような組み合わ
せで共押出しした場合、PPや6Ny等の加工性に助け
られて異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層もその機能を損うことなく
50μ以下のごく薄のフィルムも容易・にできるように
なつた。

NEVAlアィオィマー、PP.sNy..EVAけん
化物又はPSの単独層あるいは、これらを組み合わして
複合層としたものであつて、これらの樹脂層と異樹脂ブ
レンド樹脂層間には必要に応じ接着剤層が設けられてい
る。次に実施例について述べるが実施例1,2は異樹脂
ブレンド樹脂層をシール層として容器本体に使つた場合
、実施例3はl異樹脂ブレンド樹脂層をシール層として
ふた材に使つた場合で、それぞれオレフィン系樹脂層を
密封性を有しながらイージーピールできる包装体となつ
ている。実施例1 500μのPPシートを熱成形してカップ容器とし、こ
れにふた材をシールした包装体の開封のイージーピール
化の検討を行つた。
