Until now, many techniques for replicating oil paintings have been developed and put into practical use, but it was considered impossible to reproduce them because it is impossible to make a mold of the surface of the paint using mineral pigments. .

The present invention relates to the technology mentioned at the beginning.
An adhesive layer 2 is formed on the adhesive layer 2, and then powder or granules 3 having approximately the same particle size are uniformly adhered to the adhesive coated surface by means such as spray painting, and then heated and dried. , a grained relief manuscript 4 is created.

Next, silicone rubber is applied to the surface of the grained relief original 4, and after an inverted mold 5 of the grained relief original is formed thereon, both are peeled off.

Separately from the above process, a photographic print 6 of the original picture is prepared, a synthetic resin layer 7 is formed on the surface of this using an appropriate method, and then a grain-like relief of the silicone rubber created in the above process is formed on the surface of this synthetic resin layer. The mold 5 is polymerized and heated and pressed to make the surface of the synthetic resin layer 7 formed on the 6th side of the printed matter into a relief surface 8 in which the grains are formed. Remove the shaped relief inverted mold 5.

The reproduction of the pigment using the mineral pigments obtained in this way has a relief surface formed in a uniform grain pattern, so that the shape and color of the photographic print of the original painting will not be blurred due to diffused reflection. Since the relief surface is uniformly grained, whitening of the relief surface can also be prevented. In the past, reproductions of paintings using mineral pigments, such as Japanese paintings and Oriental paintings, were only possible by direct printing or transfer onto cloth, Japanese paper, etc., but according to the present invention, the above-mentioned It is possible to obtain such an exquisite reproduction. Next, as the grains and powder 3 used in the present invention, abrasive grains (alundum, carbon random, etc.), cold water, calcined stock, calcium carbonate, walnut powder, kaolin clay, etc. can be considered, but synthetic gun fat film has been formed. It is also possible to use granules or powder, and in this case, it can be applied to the base material by means such as electrostatic or spray painting, without applying adhesive to the metal plate, etc. that serves as the base material for the grained relief manuscript. Of course, it can be attached by heating and drying to fix it.

The amount of adhesion of the granules and powder was determined, for example, in the case of alundum with a particle size of #180 and 250 daggers.

Figure 1 shows the process of forming a grain relief manuscript, Figure 2 shows the process of pressing a silicone rubber plate against the grain relief manuscript to form an inverted version of the manuscript, and Figure 3 shows a synthetic resin layer on the photographic print of the original image. 4 is a process of removing the original reverse mold after passing through the steps shown in FIG. 3. It is an explanatory diagram. In the figure, 1 is a base material such as a flat metal plate, 2 is an adhesive layer, 3 is a grain or powder, 4 is a grained relief original, 5 is an inverted original, 6
7 is a photographic print of the original picture, 7 is a synthetic resin layer, 8 is a grained relief surface formed on the surface of the synthetic resin layer, and R is a pressing tool.
