る条件は次の(1)〜(4)である。Therefore, in recent years, paint finishing has been started using materials such as low-cost steel plates, galvanized steel sheets, and aluminum-plated steel sheets, and these coating materials have been put into practical use as low-cost materials with good performance. There are white to cream colored paint films mainly composed of acrylic-melamine resin paints formed by baking to form a coating film of ~60 μm, or acid-cured baked epoxy powder paints of 50±20 μm. However, even among high-frequency heating devices, these microwave ovens with a browner are not practical. In other words, the food contamination heat resistance limit of the current paint-treated open door is only 130 to 1400 C, and when a microwave oven with a browner is opened, the temperature reaches a minimum of 170 to 180 C.
Must be resistant to food contamination. However, for the purpose of providing the product at a low cost, expensive resin paints cannot be used. For example, with fluororesin that is baked in the range of 400 to 500 degrees Celsius, the higher the temperature, the higher the risk of food contamination.
It is meaningless because the cost is no different from that of conventional stainless steel, aluminum, and enamel materials. In addition, fluororesin coatings do not allow for a variety of color tones, and to ensure adhesion, aluminum is used for the fabric, and additional processing such as sandblasting is required to adjust the base material. Moreover, the raw material cost is 5 to m times more expensive than current paints, and the baking time is 4 times higher than that of current paints.
Because of the high temperature of around 00°C, even if the performance is good, it is difficult to use and has little value. The following conditions (1) to (4) are required for the material of the coating film applied to the fabric forming the opening.

(2) The ability of current coated products is food contamination resistance of 130 to 1400C, while food contamination resistance of 160C or higher is 2000C. る。Furthermore, as long as painting is carried out, it is necessary to always consider that the general performance of the coating film is good. As seen in the above-mentioned opening of a microwave oven equipped with a browner, the present invention applies an acrylic-melamine resin paint as an undercoat to the fabric forming parts that require high temperature food contamination resistance and heat resistance, and a modified fluorine resin paint as an overcoat. A resin coating is applied to form a resin film on the fabric, ensuring resistance to high-temperature food contamination and heat resistance, and the coating is inexpensive and can be applied to inexpensive fabrics to provide the desired excellent coating performance. Provide electric cookers. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, taking as an example an opening of a microwave oven with a browner.

A mixture of 49% acrylic resin, 14% melamine resin, 25% coloring pigment, and 12% solvent was applied as an undercoat and baked at 150 to 200 degrees Celsius to create an acrylic coating. A melamine resin film 5 is formed.
Next, we applied a low-temperature baking type acrylic-modified modified fluororesin coating [acrylic-modified modification ratio of 20% to 40%].

is formed. This two-layer coating film consisting of the acrylic-melamine resin film 5 and the modified fluororesin film 6 is based on the above (1) to (4).
Not only does it meet the following conditions, but it also has unique coating properties as an open coating for Brauner microwave ovens, as shown in the table below. However, the experimental results in the table below are based on S
A PCC (iron plate) and a hot-dip galvanized Fe-Zn alloy plated steel plate were used, and the film thickness was 30 to 40μ7TL (the acrylic-melamine resin film 5 as the undercoat was 10 to 20μ, and the modified fluorine resin film 6 as the topcoat was 20 to 40μ). 2 coats, 2 bakes, white colored (titanium oxide was used as the pigment). In addition, if fluororesin powder is appropriately blended between 2 and 40% in the above acrylic-melamine resin paint and modified fluororesin paint, it is possible to achieve excellent coating performance (abrasion resistance, hardness, scratch resistance). , combustibility, food stain resistance, and ease of stain removal). In addition, although the above example cites an example of surface treatment for the open side of a microwave oven with a browner, it is also possible to treat parts that require high temperature food contamination and heat resistance of electric cookers other than microwave ovens, such as electric pots, hot plate lids, etc. Applicable to surface treatment such as opening of main body and electrical opening.

。As described above, according to the present invention, for example, the fabric forming the opening is coated with an acrylic-melamine resin as an undercoat and a modified fluororesin as an overcoat and finished by baking, thereby maintaining the surface properties required for conventional cooking surfaces. In addition, we have created an electric cooker that is low in cost as a whole, can be made of low-cost fabric, can provide high-temperature heat resistance, has excellent openness against food contamination, and can be colored freely by selecting pigments. Can be manufactured.
