供給装置を提供するにある。By the way, the supply of dough to each tray of the above-mentioned tray conveyor has conventionally been carried out using a supply conveyor which is disposed with its discharge end facing above the tray conveyor and which intermittently transfers the dough one dimension in the arrangement direction. , comprising a receiving guide member disposed on an extension of the discharge end of the supply conveyor across the falling area of the fabric, a stopper member that appears in the falling area of the fabric, and a nozzle that sprays a pressure sensation to cause the fabric to fall. An automatic feeding device for deep-frying dough has already been proposed, which can automatically feed one piece of dough to each tray without damaging the dough or being affected by the shape of the dough. (Gan No. 56-51738). However, in such a device, if the supply conveyor is lengthened to increase the number of fabrics in stock, adjacent fabrics will be loaded in contact with each other. The strong load of the fabric, combined with the strong adhesion between the fabrics, makes it difficult to separate the fabrics without damaging them.
Moreover, it is difficult to adjust the air pressure to ensure the drop.
In addition, since the thickness of the fabric itself is not necessarily constant and varies, there is a lag in the timing of the pressure-sensing injection and the operation of the supply conveyor, resulting in many malfunctions. The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a deep-frying dough located above the moving area of the tray that accommodates the dough, and located at the lowest end of the row of dough stacked in the thickness direction. In a device for sequentially dropping dough into a tray, there is provided a stocker that guides the row of dough sequentially from the lowest dough to a supply end by its own weight, and a space below the stocker at least the thickness of one dough. A receiving guide member that is movable back and forth in a direction intersecting the row of fabrics and movable apart below the stocker and supports the lower end of the row of fabrics; A pusher disposed to be reciprocally movable in the same direction as the receiving guide member in order to push the fabric located at the lowermost end from above the receiving guide member onto the tray, and related to the movement of the pusher in the process of pushing out the fabric. A dough for fried foods characterized by comprising interlocking means for moving the receiving guide member to the opposite side of the pusher, and means for moving the receiving guide member away from the stocker in relation to the movement of the receiving guide member. To provide automatic feeding equipment.

When rotated forward and backward within the angle, both connecting rods 33 and 41
are moved forward and backward in opposite directions, and as a result, the pusher 4 moves from the position shown by the solid line to the position shown by the broken line in FIG. In the process of pushing the fabric M forward along the receiving guide member 3, the receiving guide member 3 moves backward, that is, from the position shown by the solid line to the position shown by the broken line, and in the process of the pusher 4 moving backward, that is, as shown in FIG. In the process of returning to the standby position shown by the solid line, the receiving guide member 3 moves each fabric M from the position shown by the broken line in FIG.
It is designed so that it can be moved forward and backward by approximately 112 widths of the vertical width of the screen. Moreover, in the process of forward and backward movement of the receiving guide member 3, the pendulum movement of the hanging arm 31, which constitutes a separating means from the stocker 2 that supports the front end of the receiving guide member 3, and the see-saw movement of the receiving guide member 3 itself In the process of the receiving guide member 3 moving backward from the supporting position of the fabric row, it moves downward away from the stocker 2 from the position shown by the solid line to the position shown by the broken line in FIG. It acts to separate the fabric M located at the second position from the fabric M located at the second position, and conversely, in the process of moving the receiving guide member 3 forward, it moves from the position shown by the broken line to the position shown by the solid line toward the lower end of the fabric row. It is now moving in a direction closer to the enemy and returning to its old position. The means 5 for interlocking the receiving guide member 3 and the pusher 4 is the above-mentioned crank wheel 51.

明する。The braking members 61 and 62 are formed by bending stainless steel plates or the like, have the same length as the width of the storage section 21 of the stocker 2, and have a flat front surface facing the row of fabrics. Brackets 61a, 61 with both ends facing each other
fixed in parallel across opposite end surfaces in a;
The braking member 61 is attached to the lower end of the storage section 21 in the stocker 2, and the braking member 62 is attached to the fabric M than the braking member 61.
The intermediate portions of the brackets 61a, 61a are inserted into the elongated holes of the rocking plates 63, 63, with the brackets 61a, 61a facing two or three pieces of fabric, respectively, and positioned upwardly by a dimension corresponding to 7 to 8 pieces in the thickness direction of the fabric. 63
A, 63a are fixed using bolts and nuts 63b, 63b so as to be adjustable in distance relative to the fabric row surface. Rocking plate 6
3 and 63 are pivotally supported at their longitudinal intermediate portions by respective side frames 19 and 19 using shafts 63c (only one side is shown in the drawing), and at the other end, both widthwise ends are supported. Projecting pieces 63d and 63u are provided that protrude forward from the section, and a follower 64 that converts into a cam 65 is pivotally supported on the protruding piece 63d, and between the other protruding piece 63u and the angle member 23b that supports the stocker 2. A tension spring 63e is tensioned, and the tension spring 63e urges the rocking plate 63 so that the follower 64 rolls into contact with the cam 65. The cam 65 is located inside the side frame 19 and is fixed to the shaft 58, and as shown in FIG. 3, its approximately 314 circumferential portion is formed to have a small diameter, and the other 114 circumferential portions are formed to have a large diameter. As shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, just before the pusher 4 starts moving forward and the receiving guide member 3 starts moving backward, the follower 64 rolls into contact with the small diameter portion of the cam 65, and the rocking plate 63 is positioned as shown by the solid line. Then, the braking member 61 comes into pressure contact with the side surfaces of the second to fifth pieces of fabric M from the bottom end of the fabric row, and the bottom fabric M is moved by the relative movement of the pusher 4 and the receiving guide member 3. The downward movement of the second or more fabric M is prevented during the process of falling onto the tray conveyor 18. In addition, when the falling supply of the fabric M at the lowermost end is finished, the receiving kite member 3 returns from the broken line position to the solid line position, and the pusher 4 returns from the broken line position to the solid line position, approximately in the middle of the process, the large diameter portion of the cam 65 As a result of the rocking plate 63 being pressed against the follower 64 and being swung from the position shown by the solid line to the position shown by the broken line, the braking member 61 is separated from the front surface of the fabric M, and conversely, the braking member 62 is moved from the bottom of the fabric row. 10~
It is pressed against the front side of the first fabric M to restrict the movement of fabrics above this, and the second to ninth fabrics M slide downward under their own weight and are supported on the receiving guide member 3. As a result,
Damage and destruction of the bottom fabric due to all the fabric sliding down is prevented. Immediately after the receiving guide member 3 and the pusher 4 return to the positions shown by the solid lines, the small diameter portion of the cam 65 rolls into contact with the follower 64 again, and the rocking plate 63 swings to the position shown by the solid lines, resulting in the first loss. The above fabrics are also lowered by their own weight to the position where they contact the ninth fabric, and the braking member 61 comes into pressure contact with the second to fifth fabrics from the bottom end. Next, the operation of the apparatus of the present invention will be explained along with the movement of the fabric.

Drive b. When the motor 11b is driven, the tray conveyor 18 is rotated in the direction of the arrow through the sprocket wheel 17, and the touch rod of the limit switch LS on the installation base 11a comes into contact with the side wall of the tray 18b, turning it on. The motor 7 is driven. The output of the motor 7 is transmitted to the shaft 58 via the reducer 56, which rotates the shaft 58 and drives the cam 65 fixed thereto.
and rotates the crank wheel 55. The small diameter portion of the cam 65 is in rolling contact with the follower 64, and the swing plate 63 is positioned as shown by the solid line in FIG. 61 is brought into pressure contact with the front surface of the second to fifth fabrics M at the bottom end of the fabric row in the stocker 2 to restrict the descent of the second and more fabrics M. Immediately after the braking member 61 restricts the descent of the second or more fabric M, the pusher 4 is projected forward along the receiving guide member 3 and pushes the lowest fabric M forward, and the receiving guide member 3 is pushed forward. are moved slightly downward from the stocker 2 and retracted, and the bottommost fabric M reaches the point at which the pusher bearing guide member 3 has moved by a distance corresponding to 1h of each fabric M, that is, as shown by the broken line in FIG. Once moved to the position shown, it is dropped from above the receiving guide member 3 and accommodated in the tray 18b.

Since the stroke of the pusher can be shortened and the overall size can be easily miniaturized, the receiving guide member moves away from the stocker downward and retreats from the dough supporting position as the pusher moves forward. , the bottom fabric is dropped and fed while being released from the load of the second or more stacked fabrics, making it easy to separate from the second fabric and preventing damage due to mutual friction between the fabrics. The present invention has excellent effects such as being able to prevent the above.
