(sand adhesion paint) and the like exist on convex surfaces, so the present invention relates to a wiping device that is effective in removing this. An embodiment of the uncured paint layer wiping device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The object A to be wiped, such as a metal plate, is guided and moved while being held horizontally. An example of this is a configuration in which a plurality of rollers 2 are supported in parallel, that is, the rollers 2 are supported at appropriate intervals so as to be perpendicular to the traveling direction of the object A, or a belt and a guide stand (not shown) are supported. (2)). Reference numeral 1 denotes a group of wiping rollers for wiping off the uncured paint d present on the convex surface of the object A to be wiped, as shown in FIG.

Since it is also necessary to completely wipe out B, it is necessary to be able to follow this difference in height. θ Especially in the case of embossed plate materials, the entire uneven pattern surface is not always formed in a perfect plane, and it is necessary to follow changes in the pattern to some extent. @ If it is similar to the object to be wiped, it will damage the uneven pattern surface and cause severe wear, so avoid it. (e) As described later, when cleaning and removing the wiped paint, when coming into contact with the doctor knife that prevents the cleaning agent from reaching the unwiped surface,
It has the function of preventing a gap from being formed between the rubber or the like and the doctor knife at the contact portion. u is a dampening means, and a cleaning agent W is applied to each of the rollers Rl, R2, R2, R2, etc. of the wiping roller group made of metal, rubber, etc. to remove uncured paint adhering to Rn. Immediately after wiping off the paint on the convex surface, dampening rollers Rl, r2...m are applied to roller group 1.
granted to individuals through contact. 5 is a doctor knife group and rollers Rl, R2 of wiping roller group 3...
This is to prevent the adhering residue of paint d and cleaning agent W adhering to the surface of Rn from reaching the unwiped surface, and rollers Rl, R2... are shown on the outer peripheral surface of Rn. Let them come in contact with each other.

The object to be wiped A has a pattern of an uneven pattern surface C shown in FIG. 5, and the material is 0.277077! h=0.97TfrIn. .. H=10TSn1L
= 3000 types, S = 250 Tr$L. Also, the diameter of the wiping roller group is 200T! Rlnφ, surface layer hardness 50
Wipe butyl rubber layer (10w$t thickness), 5 rolls,
Δ1=100', t=Judge by looking at the contact pattern. Furthermore, the wiping roll, dampening means roller, and doctor knife are in the 6th position.
As shown in Figures A and b, each is an independent unit.
So. The wiping roller R1 can be pulled out up and down by the left and right bearings, and the dampening roller R1 can be pulled out in the direction of the arrow.
1 is capable of opening and closing in the direction of the arrow, and is provided with a weight E for applying contact pressure to the doctor knife as necessary.Other rollers Rl, rl, doctor knife 1. The lid D1 is integrally fixed to a support plate F, and this support plate F can be opened and closed via a fulcrum G in the direction shown by an arrow g. In other words, when the roller R1 and the object to be wiped A come into contact, there is only pressure due to the weight of these units, and the height of the support plate F is kept constant by the screw N provided on the pedestal (not shown). is maintained. As the conveying means 1, rollers Rl, R2...R
5, rollers are provided correspondingly. The peripheral speed of this roller group 2 and rollers Rl, R2... R5 is 60rrI. It was synchronized to 1 min. Alcohol-based solvent is used as a cleaning agent, and alkyd resin (2
The viscosity is about 1000 centipoise at 5°C, the ratio of resin to diluent is about 1:1), and the coating amount is about 5 to 10 microns, and the coating is carried out using a spray gun. Therefore, a material to be wiped A having a shape as shown in FIG. 5 is supplied via a supply means (not shown). Once supplied, it is sequentially and continuously conveyed via a group of rolls 2 of a conveying means 1 that functions as guide and move. The state at this time is shown in FIG. 6b. As is clear from the figure, the top surface 5 of the convex surface b of the object to be wiped A and the surface of the wiping roll R1 (
(rubber layer) in contact with each other. Furthermore, the gap t between roller 2 and roller R1 is approximately 0.4 degrees. Considering the rigidity of the object to be wiped A, the rollers Rl, R2...Rn, and the uneven pattern 7, the paint on the concave surface a was not removed. Further, the circumferential speeds of the rolls Rl, R2, Rn and the roller 2 are almost the same, and the material is conveyed in a sandwiched state with a rubber surface and a certain elasticity, so that the material is sent out without slipping. Also, paint d and roller R1
When R5 comes into contact with the rubber, the uncured paint layer is sequentially wiped off. In this example, paint d could be sufficiently removed in three or five stages. As soon as the rollers Rl, R2...R5 wipe off the paint d, they come into contact with the dampening rollers Rl, r2...m by rolling contact, and the cleaning agent W is applied to this surface, for example, by R.
The above-mentioned paint adheres to the surfaces of the rollers Rl, R2......R5 due to the cleaning agent W, which is applied by causing more of the cleaning agent W to stay in the W1 area due to a speed difference of 1×r1, etc. At the same time, the doctor knives Dl, D2...Dn of the doctor knife group ■ are applied to the surfaces of the rollers Rl, R2...R5 and moved as they rotate. Cleaning agent W with doctor knife Dl
, D2...... D5 prevents it from reaching beyond this position. Then, the roller Rl on the surface from which both the cleaning agent W and the paint d still attached has been completely removed.
, R2......R5 faces the unwiped surface. Such operations are performed by each unit. After this, it is transported to the next process. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the present invention, and the roller 2 may be formed of metal, synthetic resin, or rubber, or the rollers Rl, R2...
It is also possible to form Rn entirely of rubber except for the shaft.

...Dn can also be coupled to other individually adjustable mechanisms. Furthermore, a tank Wl containing cleaning agent W
, W2 . . . Wn may be formed with a cover groove w that prevents the cleaning agent from falling onto the uneven pattern surface c, as shown in FIG. 6a. It is also effective to form the rollers Rl, R2...Rn with a width larger than the width S of the object A to be wiped, as this is effective as a factor in preventing the cleaning agent W from falling onto the uneven patterned surface c. It can also be formed like this. Furthermore, the gap t can be made smaller successively or only partially. It can also be used when other adhesives are applied instead of paint. As described above, according to the device for wiping off a paint layer in an uncured state according to the present invention, it is possible to wipe off a paint layer with slight irregularities.
A thin (approximately 5 to 100 micron) convex paint layer is applied to the irregular patterned surface in an uncured state, continuously, reliably, and quickly. It has the feature that it can be wiped without damaging the object to be wiped.
