本発明は、パイプ管端の真円度矯正に係り、特に大径の
溶接管のように往々にして楕円状になつているバイブ類

つて、多種大径パイプの管端部の拡管には適用が困難て
ある。本発明の目的は、真円となつていない比較的大径
のパイプの端面を、例えは開先加工およびパイプ同士の
突合せ組合せを容易にするために、拡管量を大きく取れ

ドレル6の外周に接するように複数個の小ローラ5を設
け、マンドレル6は独立して回転および押込みを行なう
ようにし、小ローラ5はマンドレル6に対応するテーパ
として保持棒7、自在ジョイント8を介して保持盤9に
取り付けられる。保持盤9はその同心円上に設けた複数
個の″回転軸10により固定盤11に取り付けられる。
この場合、回転軸10は内ボールベアリング12と外ボ
ールベアリング13にはさまれており、小ローラ5のパ
イプ4内面に沿つた回転につれて自由に回転できる。本
発明は以上のように構成され、マンドレル6を回転して
押込むことにより、小ローラ5は保持盤9と共に回転し
ながらバイブ4を拡管する方向に拡がり、かつ、マンド
レル6のバイブ4中央への移動により小ローラ5に作用
する力は保持棒7にて支持することができ、小ローラ5
