しても、連結クラッチ4によつてクラッチハブ3が回転
を続ける。そして、エンジン1の回転を上げて発進速度
に達すると、発進遠心クラッチ5が第2クラッチハウジ
ング7に接続し、被動歯車8が回転して車が走り出す。
一度エンジン1を停止すると、手動ディスク12及び、
連結遠心クラッチ4が切れる。こうして、エンジン1を
始動させただけでは、車が走行せず、車を走行させたい

の内端側に、そjの制動輪が手動ディスク方向に移動し
たときその手動ディスクを第1クラッチハウジングの内
側面に押圧するロッドを設け、さらに制動輪と駆動軸間
に戻しバネを装着し、制動輪の制動片を手動レバーに連
結したので、手動レバーを操作して手動ディスクを第1
クラッチハウジングに連結し、クラッチハブを回転させ
て連結遠心クラッチを接続して始めて走行に移れる状態
になる。こうして、エンジンの始動直後、意に反して車
が走り出すことがなくなり、安全である。又、手動レバ
ーは、制動輪をブレーキするだけで、手動ディスクを押
圧するのは、ネジ噛合の軸分力によるので、軽い操作で
よい。一度エンジンを停止すれば、連結遠心クラッチも
切れ、次にエンジンを始動しても、走行させたいとき手
