である。Generally, to manufacture the hulls of these small ships, a mold corresponding to the external shape of the hull is coated with gel coat resin, and then glass fibers impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin etc. are laminated using the pantlay-up method and molded. are doing. However, in this pan lay-up method, irregular irregularities are formed on the non-mold side that does not face the mold, that is, the inside side of the ship, and if left as is, it will be extremely unsightly when viewed from the inside of the ship, such as in the cockpit and gear pins. It was something like that.
Conventionally, paint was applied to the inner surface of the ship to fill in the recesses, and the protrusions were sanded off to create a smooth finish, which was then repainted. However, such work is troublesome and has low work efficiency. The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide an interior structure for a small boat made of fiber-reinforced plastic, which allows for easy finishing of the inside surface of the small boat made of fiber-reinforced plastic. This is what we provide.

。In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to the interior structure of a yacht, and in the figure, 1 is a hull, 2 is a mast, 3 is a rudder,
4 is Finkeel. As shown in FIG. 3, this hull 1 is made by applying gel coat resin to a mold A corresponding to the external shape to form a gel coat paint layer 5, and on top of this, glass fibers impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin. The fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 is formed by laminating the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 by a pan lay-up method. A living space including a gear pin 7, a bow berth 8, etc. is formed within the hull 1. Note that 9 is the seat of the gear pin 7, and 10 is the floor of the gear pin 7. A paint layer 11 is applied to a portion of the inboard side surface of the hull 1 that is exposed to the gear pin 7, bow berth 8, etc., such as the ceiling portion of the gear pin 7. This paint layer 11 is a ship's paint and is made opaque by mixing appropriate pigments. A large number of drop-shaped small protrusions 12 are integrally formed on the surface of this paint layer 11. This small protrusion 12... is the paint layer 1
1 is applied, and before it hardens, the surface of this paint layer 11 is lightly dabbed with a sponge tongue, and the uncured paint adheres to this tongue and is pulled when it is separated. It is. The small protrusions 12 formed in this way each have a height of approximately 5 mm.
77!771) The spacing between the small protrusions 12 is approximately m-. Note that the non-shaped side surface 30 of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 of the hull 1, that is, the inboard side surface, remains laminated, and the above-mentioned paint layer 11 is directly applied thereon. In one embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the outer surface of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 of the hull 1 becomes the mold side surface 20 in contact with the mold A, so that it is beautifully finished, and the inner surface of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 is beautifully finished during lamination molding. Because of this, irregular irregularities are formed on the inside surface of the ship.

. . are formed, the irregular irregularities of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 are hidden by the large number of small protrusions 12 . . . and become inconspicuous. Therefore, there is no need to scrape off the surface of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 to make it smooth as in the conventional case, and the interior finishing becomes extremely simple. Furthermore, the unsaturated polyester resin used in the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 is anaerobic and becomes difficult to cure when exposed to air. The unsaturated polyester resin of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 6 is surely cured. Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.

In addition, the shape of the small protrusions is not necessarily limited to the above-mentioned ones; in short, it is sufficient to form small protrusions in which the unevenness of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer is not noticeable, and there are still methods for forming such small protrusions. It is not necessarily limited to the above.

The effects are great, such as making ship interior finishing work easier and more efficient.
