Ultrasonic humidifiers that utilize the atomization phenomenon of ultrasonic waves are equipped with a zirconium titanate piezoelectric element (hereinafter referred to as a vibrator) at the bottom of a water tank, and high-frequency power is applied to this vibrator to create thickness resonance. By causing vibration, ultrasonic waves are emitted to the water surface to form a water column with a height of approximately 10C7rL on the water surface, and microscopic water droplets are generated that ooze from the surface of the water column. ,,Li eight''-

て説明する。
By the way, with this type of humidifier, due to the vibration of the vibrator, more water scale accumulates on the surface of the humidifier than on other parts, so in order to maintain high efficiency at all times, the surface of the vibrator must be cleaned regularly. It is necessary to clean and remove water scale etc. In the conventional cleaning method, the user holds a brush in his hand and inserts it into the water tank through the upper opening of the atomization chamber, and in this state slides the brush over the surface of the vibrator. However, such artificial methods, which the user manually performs, are time-consuming and cumbersome, and furthermore, the user forgets when to clean, so it is difficult for the user to do the cleaning. It was necessary to make it a habitual practice.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a brush arm that is pivotably mounted on the wall of a water tank so that it can freely rotate back and forth, and to rotate this brush arm by a set of water supply tanks, thereby brushing the brush. By sliding the vibrator on the surface of the vibrator and cleaning it automatically, the vibrator is automatically cleaned in conjunction with the attachment and detachment of the water tank, eliminating the need to forget to clean it. An object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic humidifier that can not only maintain high efficiency at all times, but also requires time and effort to clean and does not require the user to have a cleaning habit. Explain with reference to.

As a result, the water inside is supplied from the water supply recess 10 through the water inlet 9 into the water storage tank 6, and the water supply level A is such that the water surface closes the valve port and prevents outside air from entering the water supply tank 14. It is always maintained constant according to the principle. 1
Reference numeral 7 designates an L-shaped brush arm, which is located within the water storage tank 6 and has a support shaft 18 provided at the upper end of the vertical side portion 17a, which is pivoted in a pivot hole 19 formed in the side tank wall 6a so as to be able to reciprocate. has been,
Due to this rotation, the brush 20 installed on the lower surface of the horizontal side portion 17b slides on the surface of the vibrator 11 from the radiation port 12.

This operating member 21 has an operating protrusion 2 that projects from a connecting shaft 22 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vertical side 17a of the brush arm 17.
6, and this operation protrusion 26 connects the water supply tank 1 in the set position via a protrusion 27 formed on the top surface.
The brush arm 17 rotates together with the support shaft 18, and the brush 20 slides on the surface of the vibrator 11. The gravity of the water supply tank 14 holds it at the position where it passed. Reference numeral 28 denotes a tension coil spring for returning the brush arm 17, which is tensioned between a portion of the side tank wall 6a above the pivot hole 19 and the operating protrusion 26 of the operating member 21, so as to cause the operating protrusion 26 to move. It is biased so that it rotates back.

Incidentally, 29 is a deflector for changing the blowing direction of minute water droplets (n). Next, to explain the operation, when the power switch (not shown) is turned on, the blower 4 and the oscillator 1 are turned on.
3 respectively operate, the transducer 11 is applied with high frequency power to cause thickness resonance vibration, and emits ultrasonic waves to the water surface directly above the transducer 11 to form a water column B of a predetermined height on the water surface. ,
Minute water droplets (fog) generated as if seeping out from the surface of the water column B are forcibly discharged from the inside of the atomization chamber 8 into the atmosphere through the deflector 29 by the blowing action of the blower 4, thereby adding moisture to the atmosphere.

By the way, if the humidification operation as described above is carried out for a long time, not only the water in the water supply tank 14 will decrease, but also water scale etc. will accumulate more on the surface of the vibrator 11 than on other parts, which will reduce the humidification efficiency. Although it gradually decreases, it is difficult to confirm that this efficiency has decreased, so it is a good idea to confirm that the water in the water supply tank 14 is low or has disappeared, and use this as a tentative guide to the decrease in efficiency. . Now, water tank 1
When the tank 14 is pulled up and taken out from the tank storage chamber 7 through its upper opening 7a in order to replenish the tank 4 with water, the operation protrusion 26 of the operation member 21 is pulled up and the tension coil spring 28 is pulled up as the tank 14 is pulled up. As the brush arm 17 rotates upward due to the biasing force, the brush arm 17 rotates back around the support shaft 18, and during this rotation, the brush 20 slides from the radiation port 12 onto the surface of the vibrator 11. It moves and scrubs the surface to remove water scale and the like that have accumulated there and automatically clean it. still,
When the brush arm 17 rotates back, the operating member 21 or the brush arm 17 comes into contact with a stopper (not shown) due to the biasing force of the tension coil spring 28, and stops at a predetermined rotation position as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. do. On the other hand, after replenishing the water tank 14 with water, it is placed in the upper opening 7 in the opposite manner to the above.
When the water supply tank 14 is moved a predetermined distance and moved downward while being inserted from a, the outer surface near the water supply port contacts the operation protrusion 26 of the operation member 21 via the protrusion 27. and in that state, the operating protrusion 2
Since the brush arm 17 is rotated downward while being pressed against the biasing force of the tension coil spring 28, the brush arm 17 is rotated downward.
rotates around the spindle 18 in the opposite direction to that described above, and during its rotation it slides over the surface of the brush 20 or vibrator 11 and rubs the surface, removing the dirt from the previous cleaning. Completely remove remaining water scale etc. After the brush arm 17 has slid over the surface of the vibrator 11 in this manner, the gravity of the water tank 14 that overcomes the biasing force of the tension coil spring 28 causes the brush arm 17 to move into a predetermined position as shown by the solid line in FIG. is held in the rotational position. According to this embodiment with the above-mentioned configuration, the brush arm 17 rotates in conjunction with the attachment and detachment of the water tank 14, and this rotation causes the brush 20 to slide and rub the surface of the vibrator 11. Since the water supply tank 14 is configured to be cleaned, the water supply tank 14 is periodically replenished and the water is automatically cleaned each time it is replenished. Since the surface of 11 is always cleaned, high efficiency can be maintained at all times.Furthermore, since it depends on the attachment and detachment of the water tank 14, cleaning itself requires no effort at all, and is automatic. Because of this, there is no need to require users to maintain cleaning habits.

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, but can be implemented with various modifications within the scope of the invention. As explained above, the present invention has a structure in which the brush arm rotates back and forth in conjunction with the attachment and detachment of the water supply tank, and the brush moves in sliding contact with the surface of the ultrasonic generation vibrator due to the rotation, thereby cleaning the surface. As a result, the vibrator is automatically cleaned in conjunction with the attachment and detachment of the water tank, so there is no need to forget to clean it, and therefore high efficiency can be maintained at all times. It is possible to provide an ultrasonic humidifier that does not require mandatory cleaning habits.
