DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for arranging a large number of flexible wire members, such as electric wires exposed from captire cables, which are bound at one end and separated at the other end.

For example, when attaching electrical terminals to the ends of a large number of loose electric wires exposed from a capturer cable, it is desirable to align the electric wires in advance.

Conventionally, this alignment is performed by spreading the wires on a flat plate. However, when a large number of wires with one end tied together are spread out on a flat board, the whole wire spreads out into a fan shape, which not only makes it difficult to line up the individual wires, but also makes it difficult to properly line up the wires. It is also difficult to supply the material to the original processing position, and when it is supplied to the original processing position, the position of the tip tends to be uneven, making processing difficult. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for arranging flexible wires that can easily align a large number of flexible wires whose ends are tied together and whose ends are separated, and which is also advantageous when processing the tips. It's on offer.

Examples will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, a guide section 2 having a wire alignment surface 1 along an imaginary dome-shaped curved surface on its outer surface is prepared, and a large number of loose wires exposed from a captor cable 3 are arranged. The electric wires 4 are aligned by making their bundled portions 5 correspond to the upper ends of the guide members 2 and by spreading out the separated portions along the wire alignment surface 1.

Here, a recess 6 is provided at the upper end of the guide village 2 to allow the binding portion 5 to escape. The depth of this recess 6 is given by the following formula, assuming that the outer diameter of the capturer cable 3 is D and the diameter of the electric wire 4 is d.
It is preferably expressed as H=(D-d)/2. By using the guide member 2 provided with the recess 6 having such dimensions, irregularities in the lengths of the tips of a large number of electric wires 4 can be suppressed to a minimum. Incidentally, by increasing one dimension, it is possible to further reduce irregularities in the tips of the electric wires 4. As the guide member 2, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, it is also possible to use one in which the lower part of the wire alignment surface 1 has a cylindrical shape with a substantially uniform cross-sectional dimension.

According to this, the tips of a large number of electric wires 4 can be aligned with fewer gaps. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the guide member 2 is made into a substantially half-shaped shape, and is provided with a disc-shaped indexing mechanism 8 that rotates in the direction of the arrow 7 inside, and is provided on the circumferential surface of the indexing mechanism 8. The electric wires 4 may be held and taken out one by one using the clamp 9, and the tips of the electric wires 4 may be subjected to a process such as attaching a terminal.

The capturer cable 3 can also be set at various angles 82 with respect to the horizontal plane, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.

Therefore, even when combined with various other mechanisms, it is possible to prevent the mechanism from becoming a hindrance and causing inconvenience. It should be noted that the same method can be applied to cables other than the capturer cable, such as a cable in which a large number of electric wires are tied together at a certain position using a detail material.
