ら堰板13,13の取替調整が容易に実施できると共に
、固定刃31やハンマー26の状況点検、取替も実施可
能である。モータ等による駆動によりロータ20が矢視
Aて示す方向に回動(周速約50〜60TL/SeC)
すると、ハンマー26・・・は第2図に於いて一点破線

隙間Cより大きい石等の異物が混入して来てもピン25
の周りで回転方向と反対側に逃げ得異物の噛込みによる
事故を防ぐことが出来る。上述した如くハンマー26・
・・は夫々そのヘッド部264の回動方向の前方面26
4aに適当方向の斜角0を有しているため、第4図に示
すようにヘッド部264により被粉砕物Mに作用する打
撃力Fは回転円の接線方向の力の成分Ftに他の回転軸
芯線方向の力の成分Fsも有し、排出口12側への推力
を生じせしめる。このため被粉砕物Mは全体としてスパ
イラル状に粉砕室10内を移動して行き、移勤行程を長
くとることが出来る。排出口12より所望サイズの粉砕
済製品mとして排出される迄に、堰板13に堰止められ
ハンマー26・・・による破砕粉砕作用を繰返し受ける
。この繰返しの粉砕作用を受ける度合は隙間Bの大きさ
を調整することにより行われ、木質部の多い木屑に比べ
緻密で長い繊維質を含み水分量の多い木皮の割合が多く
なるに従つてこの隙間Bを小さくすると共にハンマー2
6の斜角θも小さめに又刃30とハンマー26との隙間
Cも小さくする方向に調整される。又排出口12も投入
口11に対して1番遠い位置に設定される。ハンマ26
のステム部263の回転方向の前面にも前記斜角θと同
方向の枯りを与えておくとファンの働きをし排出口12
方向への施回風を誘起する。本実施例のようにステム部
263がヘッド部264に対しくびれた形状のもの他、
ステム部263がヘッド部264と同じ太さの寸胴型の
ハンマー26・・・にも本発明が適用されることは明ら
かであり、斜角θを有しない直状のハンマー26・・・
に痴し固定刃30・・・に前傾斜角をもつて傾位してい
るもの、ハンマー26・・・及び固定刃30・・・双方
に斜角θ,θ″を備えたものも本発明の範晴に入ること
は明らかである。以上述べた如く、本発明の粉砕機によ
れば、木屑や木皮等の被粉砕物Mは回動方向の前面26

度合を選択し得る他、従来目詰りを起し運転中断の原因
となつたスクリーンを省き得て効率的に粒度の揃つた良
好な粉砕済製品mの製造が可能になる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 木屑や木皮の被粉砕物Mの投入口11と該投入口1
1の横方向位置に粉砕された粉砕物mの排出口12を備
えた円筒状又は多角柱状の粉砕室10内に共軸芯的に回
動自在に軸支されたロータ20を備え、該ロータ20の
回動時に遠心力によつてピン25・・・によつて枢支さ
れた複数のハンマー26・・・がその軸芯方向に適宜間
隔をおき該ロータ20の外周ラジアル方向に突出的に出
現し、又は該ロータ20の外周ラジアル方向に突出的に
該ロータ20に複数のハンマー26・・・を固定し、こ
れらハンマー26・・・の頂面265・・・と適宜間隙
Cを隔てて前記粉砕室10の内周壁に円周方向に隔設さ
れた複数の固定刃30・・・との間で前記被粉砕物Mを
粉砕するようにした粉砕機に於いて、上記各ハンマー2
6・・・のロータ20の軸芯方向に沿う先端部264及
び若しくはステム部263の回転方向の前方面が上記排
出口12に向いて前傾斜角θをもつて傾位しているか、
及び若しくは上記各固定刃30・・・の前記ハンマー前
方面と対向する面が同じく上記排出口12に向いて前傾
斜角をもつて傾位しており、これによつてロータ20の
回動に従つて被粉砕物Mを投入口11側より排出口12
側に推力Fsを与えるようにしたことを特徴とした木屑

12との間に適宜数の堰板13・・・を着脱自在に配設
