本発明は、パン生地あるいは麺生地等を帯状に吐出す
る装置に関するものであり、これら生地のグルテンの網
目構造を保護するために、低圧効果のもとに吐出し、吐
出幅を自由に調節できると同時に、吐出量に安定を確保

本発明者は、上記の帯状連続吐出装置について、さら
に検討を進めた結果、生地吐出口の両側縁に回転するロ
ーラーを設けることにより、上記の帯状連続吐出装置に
比べて吐出幅を任意に調整することができ、また、生地
の吐出量の安定化に おいて、より一層精度を高くする
ことができることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至つた
。すなわち、本発明は、生地ホッパーの底部に運搬機構
を設け、ホッパー側壁部の生地吐出口の上縁には内側に
向けたカッターを設け、かつ生地吐出口の両端縁には回
転するローラーを設けたことを特徴とする生地の帯状連
続吐出装置である。 以下図面に示す実施例に基いて本
発明の構成を説明すると、1はホッパーであり、その底
部に”は、駆動ローラー2と従動ローラー3間に張られ
