[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, the Matsutoe method, in which anti-sand mats are laid at the base of underwater structures in areas with large waves and severe scouring, has been used to prevent uneven settling and scouring of rubble at the base of underwater structures. However, after it is laid, rubble at the tip may be scattered or uneven settlement may occur.

The present invention has been proposed in order to eliminate such drawbacks, and uses a flexible sheet with a free edge and a pair of protective rubble retaining members arranged parallel to each other on the free edge and inside thereof to be attached to the base of an underwater structure. and discard protective rubble between both protective rubble holding members at the end of the flexible sheet protruding from the periphery of the base, and between the inner protective rubble holding member and the base. This relates to a characteristic method of stabilizing underwater structures.

In the present invention, as described above, protective rubble is disposed of at the end of the flexible sheet laid at the base of the underwater structure that protrudes from the peripheral edge of the underwater structure.
When the protective rubble part in the underwater ground undergoes initial scouring, the protruding end of the flexible sheet is gradually buried together with the rubble due to the weight of the protective rubble, and the protective rubble serves as an anchor. As a result, the protruding end portion is anchored in the underwater ground.

At this time, a pair of protective rubble holding members parallel to each other is arranged on the free edge of the sheet and inside thereof, and the protective rubble is disposed between the two protective rubble holding parts and between the inner rubble holding member and the base. Therefore, the protective rubble is always firmly held on the edge of the flexible sheet, and even if the protruding end of the sheet is scoured by waves, the protective rubble is easily scattered by the waves. This prevents the tip of the base end of the rubble from collapsing due to being buried in the underwater ground, and as a result, the protective rubble on the sheet is naturally hardened and protects the underwater structure from water currents and waves. This prevents tilting and subsidence due to uneven settlement caused by scouring, etc., and also reduces the shaking of the flexible sheet due to scouring, which reduces damage to the flexible sheet and improves the stability of the sheet. A sand control effect can be obtained. In addition, the method of the present invention has an I
The present invention has many advantages, such as a lightweight device, no need for special equipment, good workability, and reduced construction costs.

以下本発明を図示の実施例について説明する。The present invention will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

The sheet 1 is laid on the base A of an underwater structure such as a caisson, and the sheet 1 protrudes from the periphery of the base A of the structure between the protective rubble holding members 2, 2'', and also on the inside. Protective rubble 3 is placed between the rubble retaining member 2″ and the lower slope of the base.

Therefore, the water flow in the water bottom ground B on the lower surface of the protruding end of the sheet 1,
When subjected to initial scouring by waves or the like, the protruding end of the sheet 1 is gradually buried together with protective rubble, and is finally anchored in the underwater ground B.

The protective rubble 3, 3'' on the edge of the sheet is prevented from being scattered by water current waves etc. by the rubble holding members 2, 2''. As a result, the free end of the sheet 1 is located at the bottom of the water B.
The base A is solidified in a natural state by the protective rubble 3, 3'' on the sheet 1, and the soil of the water bottom ground B below the edge of the sheet is anchored in a stable state in the soil. This prevents the inclination and subsidence of underwater structures due to uneven subsidence due to scouring.
