本発明は易溶性のある合服粉末の製造に関するもので
特に、合服粉末を容器内にて流動状態に保持しながらエ
タノールを噴霧することを特徴とする易溶性合服粉末の

脂粉末の製造方法に関するものであり、顆粒状には成長
せず、処理前の微粒子の状態のままの含脂粉末を製造す
るものである。本発明に使用される含脂粉末は噴霧乾燥
、被膜乾燥、泡沫乾燥、真空乾燥、超音波乾燥、高周波
乾燥、凍結乾燥、真空凍結乾燥などの種々の乾燥方法で

エタノールの香りがなくなるまで乾燥して製品とするも

が好ましく、乳化剤としてレシチン、グリセリン脂肪酸
エステル、シヨ糖脂肪酸エステルなどが適当である。な
おエタノールに乳化剤を溶解させる際、レシチンなど溶
解しにくい乳化剤はエタノール中にて1時間ほど放置し
、不溶物をろ過等により除去して乳化剤含有エタノール
溶液として使用するのが望ましい。なお本発明において
含脂粉末をエタノール処理しても蛋白質含量は第1表、
および第■表に示す如くほとんど変化はみられず、エタ
