DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a resin thread net, which is usually made from medium and low pressure polyethylene threads and is used for various purposes including bags for packaging.

When displaying the product label on products made from these nets, or packaging the product in a mesh bag, etc., and displaying the product label, polyethylene resin is often melted in the required areas of the net. Once the label is washed away, a polyethylene sheet label is pressed over it to attach it. In addition, when manufacturing a vinyl sheet using a conventional net made of medium-low pressure polyethylene resin yarn as a reinforcement material, polyethylene resin is melt-adhered to the net in the same manner as described above, and the vinyl sheet is pasted and pressed onto this to form a netted sheet. It was manufactured.

In all of the above cases, not only a polyethylene resin is required as an adhesive, but also processes of melt adhesion and press bonding are required, which complicates the work and increases the unit price of the product.

Although the drawing shows one embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the mesh formed by the warp and weft is not limited to this embodiment, and any type of knitting method may be used. In the first drawing, 1 is a medium-low pressure polyethylene resin thread, and this type of net is usually made using this resin thread 1. 2 is a high pressure polyethylene thread.

The net is machine knitted, and when knitting the net, high pressure polyethylene yarns 2 are knitted together with medium and low pressure polyethylene yarns 1 at appropriate intervals. Therefore, the net has a structure in which medium and low pressure polyethylene resin threads 1 and high pressure polyethylene resin threads 2 are woven at the same location at appropriate intervals. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the knitting is done in the horizontal direction, but it goes without saying that the knitting may be done in the vertical direction. Further, the interval at which the high-pressure polyethylene resin threads 2 are woven may be widened or narrowed depending on the purpose of use. The net of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, but when a high-pressure poly film is attached to this net, the second
As shown in the figure, if the high-pressure polyethylene film 3 is placed on the desired position of the net and pressed from above with a seal hot plate machine, the high-pressure polyethylene film 3 and the high-pressure polyethylene resin thread 2 will be easily welded, and the medium-low pressure polyethylene thread 1 will be heated It cannot be damaged by.

In this case, there is no need to apply a polyethylene resin solution for adhesion to the entire surface of the net as in the conventional method, so it is possible to adhere the high-pressure polyfilm 3 to the net very easily and economically; an advantage. has.
