に連設の部材2Cの揺動経路上に位置して、受け具2A
の受止め姿勢から放出姿勢への揺動は阻止するが、受け
具2Aの受止め姿勢への付勢力による復帰は許す状態と
、前記揺動経路外に退避して受け具2Aの揺動を自由に
許す状態とに切換自在なラチエツト爪2D並びに、この
ラチエツト爪2Dを前記の二状態に切換えるソレノイド
