しようとするものである。However, if the sole of the urethane elastomer has the same high hardness from the tip of the toe to the end of the heel, for example, as the shoe wearer's foot moves, the shoe wearer's sole, for example, mainly on the non-stepping side of the shoe sole, will be hardened. There was a defect that impeded the bending movement of the side part corresponding to the metatarsal joint group of the foot, making it essentially unsuitable for use as an athletic shoe. In order to overcome the above-mentioned defects of the urethane elastomer sole, the present invention has been developed in such a way that the sole of the shoe is designed to be bent in accordance with the movement of the foot of the shoe wearer, for example, in front of the non-stepped part of the ground-contacting surface of the sole. A part of the part side and/or the front tread part is formed into a shape that is easier to bend than other parts, and then impregnated with a liquid urethane prepolymer compound that becomes a highly hard urethane elastomer or A relatively small amount of liquid urethane prepolymer compound, which will become the urethane elastomer, is applied to the front side of the non-stepping part of the bottom's main ground-contacting surface and/or part of the front treading part, and compared to other parts. impregnated with a large amount of target, then dried, reacted,
By being molded, it is strong and highly hard, and not only can the attachment of spikes, etc. be firmly attached, and can reduce thrust from the ground side, but also allows the shoe to flex well as the foot of the shoe wearer moves. The aim is to provide a shoe sole that is suitable for running and walking.

The front side of the non-stepping part, or a part of the front non-stepping part, for example, the side of the part corresponding to the metatarsal joint group of the shoe wearer's foot, or both of these sides in the front-rear direction of the shoe. one or more lateral grooves 2 which are concave arc-shaped, inverted trapezoidal, inverted triangular, or other arbitrary shapes in the lateral direction intersecting the lateral direction, or one or more lateral grooves 2'' which are relatively wide in place of the lateral grooves 2''. Shoe studs, protrusions, and other anti-slip materials (hereinafter referred to as spikes, etc. B)
between the attachment site of the spike etc.) and the attachment site of the spike etc. B. It is desirable that this is not the attachment site. In addition, the front side A of the non-stepping part on the side of the ground contact surface 1 of the bottom main body a means the rearmost side of the front stepping part, that is, immediately behind the attachment site of the spikes etc. B described below from the non-stepping part. It is desirable that The bottom main body a formed in this way is made of a liquid urethane prepolymer with a hardness of about 7075 to 96 JIS-A, its curing agent, a catalyst, a low boiling point organic solvent, etc., and is strong and flexible. The liquid urethane prepolymer compound is sufficiently impregnated to penetrate deeply, and then dried and reacted to produce a strong and flexible sole. It is molded into A. In this case as well, the sole main body a made of natural leather material is made such that the liquid urethane prepolymer blend is sufficiently impregnated between the mutually entangled leather fibers of the natural leather constituting the base body a. Since the sole B is a strong and highly hard molded product,
Not only can it prevent the spikes caused by known synthetic resin, natural or synthetic rubber, or metal spikes, but it can also prevent the head of the nail, etc. even when the spikes are driven in with a nail or nailed through the nail. There is no possibility that the nails or spikes will fall off due to wear and tear, or that the nails will not loosen and lose their anti-slip effect. In addition, the sole A of the shoe does not suffer from wear and tear due to contact with the ground, as is the case when the sole A is made of conventional natural leather, and therefore has extremely high abrasion resistance. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a threaded portion such as a nut, the device is extremely lightweight. Furthermore, the sole A has a lateral groove 2 or a lateral groove 2 so that the front side A of the non-stepping part, or a part of the opening of the front stepping part, or both sides A and opening of the non-stepping part on the side corresponding to the ground contact surface A can be easily bent. 2, 2 or thin section 2
`` or 2'', 2'', the sole A of the shoe not only flexes well in accordance with the movement of the shoe wearer's foot, allowing the shoe wearer to run, walk, etc. more smoothly. The anti-slip force and stiffness of the spikes B, which will be described later, can be made more effective.Furthermore, the sole A according to the manufacturing method of the present invention has a front treading part or a heel treading part on the side corresponding to the ground contact surface 1. Alternatively, a desired number of spikes etc. B can be nailed and fixed to the parts of both of these parts excluding at least the part where the lateral groove 2 or the thin-walled part 2'' is provided, that is, the attachment part of the spikes etc. B.

の提供に寄与できる。The spikes etc. B may be made of natural or synthetic leather, natural or synthetic rubber, synthetic resin or metal, but a nail hole is provided in advance in the main body or substrate of the spike etc. B and the nail is passed through the nail hole. Just type it in. If the spikes etc. B are made of urethane elastomer or natural leather impregnated with a liquid urethane prepolymer compound and molded, this is applied to the attachment part of the spikes etc. B on the ground-contacting surface A side of the sole A of the shoe. Adhesive bonding can be achieved using adhesives. The sole A with such spikes etc. attached is lighter than conventional soles with metal spikes, and is suitable for baseball and football use without injuring the opponent's shoe wearer (player). This can contribute to the provision of athletic shoes suitable for competitions such as the following.
