Description

本発明はファンモータにより燃焼部の給排気を強制的に
行うようにした強制給排気式燃焼装置に関し、特にファ
ンモータの過熱防止を図つたものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a forced air supply/exhaust type combustion apparatus in which a fan motor is used to forcibly supply and exhaust air into a combustion section, and is particularly intended to prevent overheating of the fan motor.
強制給排気式燃焼装置にあつて、燃焼部を負圧下におい
て有毒ガスの漏洩を防止すべく、ファンモータは燃焼部
の排気側に設けるのが一般的であるが、しかし、このも
のではファンモータが高温雰囲気下におかれ熱的故障を

ある。また14は軸12の中空部13を遊嵌して上記熱
交換器6に接続した給水管である。上記の構成において
、今、ファンモータ8を駆動すると、そのファン10に
は排ガスとともに、軸12の中空部13を通つて室内空

ている水により冷却されて、モータ8の内部を冷却する
機能は充分ある。したがつて、モータ8の過熱がなく、
熱による機械的ならびに電気的故障の発生を防止し得る
ものである。なお、上記実施例では冷却媒体として空気
を用いたが、そのほか、中空部13そのものを給水管の

以上説明したように本発明は、熱交換器に至る以前の流
体をモータ軸の中空部に流動させ、モータを内部から冷
却するようにしたので、排気熱によるモータの過熱がな
く、熱的故障を確実に防止することができるものであり
、また従来のごとく排気温度低下による結露発生もない
