台を配設して水平移動装置に連結してヨークを圧延ライ
ンと直角方向へ搬出入させる機構、更に該ヨーク交換架
台端部に近接させかつその直角方向へヨーク交換横行架
台を配設するがこのヨーク交換横行架台の形状において
は圧延機に配置したスピンドルに干渉されることのない
ようにヨーク交換横行架台を離間させ配設すると共に該
ヨーク交換横行架台に沿つて横行可能とした移動部分を
備えた横行装置を配設し前記水平移動装置と横行装置と
によつてヨークを直角方向へ搬出入可能とするヨーク着
脱装置である。

された圧下スクリュー7と、竪ロールバランスシリンダ
ー9とによつて第1図矢印で示す水平方向へ移動可能と
なつている。ヨーク4の下面側には凹形状の案内溝10
が形成されており、圧延機ハウジングに設置した水平移
動装置すなわち2本のシリンダー18’でヨーク4を水
平方向へ引き出すことによつてヨーク交換架台11上に
配設された案内ガイドライナー12(凸形状)に沿つて
案内されヨーク4を圧延ラインと直角方向へ所定の位置
まで引き出される。この引き出しに際しスムーズに摺動
させる・ため案内ガイドライナー12は第3図で示すよ
うに案内ガイドライナー12の側面と案内溝10の相対
向面の一部に角度θ1の勾配をつける。又この勾配形成
の他方側においては案内溝10と案内ガイドライナー1
2との間に適当なスキマaを形成している。第1図のよ
うに前記したヨーク交換架台11の端部に近接させかつ
直行方向へヨーク交換横行架台19を配設する。

た昇降装置(図示せず)により固定ピン5を上昇させ圧
延ハウジング1に収納されたヨーク4と圧延機ハウジン
グ1との締結を外し圧延機ハウジング1に配置されたシ
リンダー18でヨーク4の下面に設けた案内溝10が案
