A method in which perforations are carved in advance at the boundaries between individual forms, and after printing, the continuous forms are separated along the perforations and separated into individual forms, (2) perforations are carved in advance at the boundaries between individual forms, After printing, the continuous form paper is cut along the perforations with a pair of knives that reciprocate up and down, separating the forms into individual forms, or (3) perforations are carved in advance at the boundaries between individual forms, and the paper is cut after printing. A method is used in which a burster consisting of a low-speed roller, a high-speed roller, and a cutter tears the continuous form paper along the perforations and separates it into individual forms.

First of all, in the first method, the tensile strength changes due to differences in the paper strength of the paper and the difference in the tie and cut ratio of the perforation, so it may take some getting used to when first handling the work of manually cutting along the perforation. There are drawbacks that make it necessary. That is, each time the work content differs, it is necessary to get used to it when handling it for the first time. Next, the second method has the following problems: (i) The processing speed is limited by the vertical movement speed of the knife and is inefficient.
(ii)充分な仕上寸法精度を保持し難い。(ii) It is difficult to maintain sufficient finished dimensional accuracy.

After printing on the surface of each form body of continuous forms arranged in a single row or multiple rows at intervals in the longitudinal direction and pasting the back side of each single form's adhesive sheet to a continuous base paper, each form body is pasted with adhesive sheet. The method used is to separate the documents along the perforations and separate them into individual forms.

The continuous base paper is also more likely to be destroyed at the sprocket hole, folding perforation, etc. due to the force when separating the form body from the adhesive. (Iiii
) Since the lower side of the form body is open and there are perforations between the glue margin and the form body, it is easy to turn over, so when using a backfeed type printing device, the form turns over during backfeed and gets stuck in the device, making it impossible to transport. It's easy to become.

A printing device prints on the surface of each continuous form adhered to the continuous base paper, and then heats to melt the hot melt adhesive and separate the form from the continuous base paper. It's a method. Below, regarding the present invention,
This will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

Next, when the tapered wedge 11 is inserted between the card 2 and the continuous base paper 1, the card 2 is easily separated from the continuous base paper 1 as shown in FIG. The separated cards 2 are discharged to a card discharge section 12, while the continuous base paper 1 is folded in a zigzag manner and discharged to a continuous base paper discharge section 13. In the method of the present invention described above, when a paper with better oil absorption than the paper of the card 2 is used as the paper of the continuous base paper 1, the melted hot melt adhesive 3
Most of the hot melt adhesive is impregnated toward the continuous base paper 1, and a small amount is impregnated onto the back side of the card 2, thereby reducing its adhesive strength. can be separated from
