模擬人力装置を提供することを目的とする。Conventionally, in order to accommodate a sequencer-based simulated human-powered switch, the external dimensions have become large and it has been difficult to integrate it with the sequencer, so it has been installed separately. FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a conventional example of a simulator. In the figure, a large number of snap switches 2, display neon tubes 3, and addresses 4 are arranged as one unit on a mounting plate 1, and are mounted on a storage board (not shown) by threaded knurls 5. Note that 6 is a nameplate and 7 is another nameplate. Therefore, the installation space is large, the wiring between the sequencer and the simulator is long, and it cannot be easily removed after being installed, so it cannot be used for testing other sequencers. . In view of the above points, the present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the prior art, can be easily attached to and detached from the printed circuit board of a sequencer, allows simulated human power to be applied to any address, and therefore reduces the time required for sequencer adjustment tests. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a simulated human-powered device for a sequence controller that provides the following.

The simulator 8 is attached to the printed board 9 by OA. Also, the jack 11 of the connector of the signal cable that normally leads human power, and the plug 11A provided in the simulator 8.
Accordingly, human power is usually connected to the simulator 8. This simulator 8 is connected to a 16-bit printed board 9.
It is equipped with a plurality of snap switches 12 that can be switched to three positions: normal human power, simulated human power, and off state. In addition, 1

その効果が極めて大である。When the snap switch 12 at any address in the figure is switched to position 3-2, for example, the simulated human power is the plug 10.
and jack 10A, the sequencer printed board 9
is transmitted to a relay input element or non-contact input element (not shown). Further, when the switch is switched to the position 1-2, the normal human power connected by the jack 11 and the plug 11A is similarly transmitted to the printed board 9. In this way, when maintenance or test adjustment is completed by finding a defective part in the printed circuit board 9, repairing it, or replacing it, the snap switch 12
After switching to the off state, plug 10 and jack 10
A is disconnected, and the connection between the jack 11 and the plug 11A of the normally human-powered connector is also disconnected. The simulator 8 is therefore separated from the printed circuit board 9, and the jack 11 of the normally human-powered connector is connected directly to the printed circuit board plug 10 as an input to the printed circuit board 9. As described above, according to the present invention, the simulator can be easily attached to and detached from the printed circuit board of the sequencer using a connector, and during maintenance or test adjustment, the simulator is integrally attached to the printed board, and switching between simulated human power, off, and normal human power is possible. This is done by operating a snap switch, and when maintenance or test adjustment is completed, the simulator is detached from the printed board.
Since it can also be used for testing other printed circuit boards, maintenance and test adjustment time is shortened, installation space is reduced, and the inside of the sequencer storage cabinet can be used effectively, reducing wiring length. The effects are extremely large, such as reducing production costs.
