ようにし、容器2内の空気圧が設定値まで高められると

共に流量を簡単に微小調整したり或は必要に応じて1時
的に遮断させることもでき、研削中の歯を効率よく冷し
、且つ洗浄することが出来る有益なる特徴を有するもの
である。
