秒1Vづつ加算され、夏期は毎秒0.6fづつ加算され
る。前記設定器2は、図に示すように、電圧一周波数変
換器(以下、V/f変換器)4とその入力電圧Vを可変
する回路5等とから成り、可変回路5は、スイッチ5a
