Description

本発明はスピーカ用振動板に関し、軽量て剛性が大き
く、かつ製造が容易なスピーカ用振動板を提供するもの

い。また上記骨格体7、7’の突起6、6’の形状は、
円筒状、Ξ角形状、六角形状等どのような形状でもよい
ものである。 本発明は上記のような構成であり、金属
箔に突起を形成した骨格体を重ね合せて接合し、接合さ
れた平板状骨格体の両面に平板状表面材を接着するだけ
で容易に製造でき、また完成した振動板は軽くて大きな
剛性を有し、本発明振動板を用いたスピーカはピストン
振動領域が広くなるものである。さらに本発明振動板は
骨格材と表面材とが面接着されるため従来のハニカムコ
アを用いた振動板に比較して強度が向上するものである
。特に骨格材の突起同志がその側面で接触するようにし
た場合には横方のズレに対して強くなり、剛性が向上す
