Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は船尾ノズルの取付位置決め方法に関するもの
で、船舶の推進性能の向上を計るために船体の船尾部近
傍に正面形状リング状のノズルを取付けるに際し、舵板
を取り外すことなくノズルを簡単に取り付け得ると共に
精度の良い取付位置が得られるようにすることを目的と

第1図に示すようにノズル1は予じめ地上にて上下の各
ブロックA、B及び左右の各ブロックC、D即ち4分割
された状態で組み立てられる。そのとき4分割のブロッ
クA−Dを第1図に示すようにリング状に配置して各ブ
ロックA〜Dの精度を確認しておく。ところでノズル1
の性能上の重要なポイントは迎角、前後クリアランス、
チップクリアランスであり、迎角については各ブロック
A−Dの地上組付時にチェックするので、各ブロックA
−−Dの船体への取付時には前後クリアランスとチップ
クリアランスに注意を払うと同時にノズル後端面がプロ
ペラの軸芯に対して垂直になるように取り付ける必要が
ある。本発明はこれら前後クリアランス、チップクリア
ランス、プロペラ軸芯に対して垂直のポイントを押えて
各ブロックA−Dの取付作業を容易に行なうために為さ
れたものである。以下ノズル〔各ブロックA−D〕の取
付位置決め順序について説明す”る。先ずプロペラ2の
ボンネツト3を取り外し、プロペラ2の前後両面にコン
パスの鉛筆のような状態で罫書き部材(図示せず)を取
り付ける。その後舵板4の前面に支持金具5を取り付け
、前記プロペラ2を回転させることにより前記罫書き部
材によつてスターンフレーム6のボス7後面と前記支持
金具5の前面に夫々円形の罫書きを入れ、プロペラ2の
軸芯と同一軸芯を出す。又同時にプロペラ2に別に設け
た罫書き部材によりシューピース16上及びスターンフ
レーム6上面にプロペラチップ位置等をマーキングし、
又適宜の手段によりシューピース16、スターンフレー
ム6のセンターをマーキングする。次に前記プロペラ2
並びにその回転軸を前記ボス7と舵板4との間から取り
除き、前記支持金具5前面及びボス7後面に夫々芯出し
用金具8,9を前記罫書きに合せて取り付ける。その後
芯出し用金具8,9に軸受10,11を介して芯出し軸
12の両端側を支持させる。そのとき芯出し軸12は前
記プロペラ2の回転軸と同一軸芯上に位置することにな
る。次にこの芯出し軸12に風車型の位置決め治具13
を取り付ける。この位置決め治具13は第5図に示すよ
うに半円形のものを2つ用いて芯出し軸12上において
第4図に示すように該芯出し軸12を抱き合わせること
により、円形に組み立てられるもので、外周にはその後
取り付けられるノズルの後端面に対して直角に向くリン
グ状の折曲片14を有している。又この位置決め治具1
3は芯出し軸12を以つて回転可能となつている。尚こ
の位置決め治具13の取付位置はその後取り付けられる
ノズルの後端面から所定間隔離した位置に決められる。
このようにして芯出し軸12上に位置決め治具13を取
り付けた後は、前記第1図に示す各ブロックA−Dを順
番に船体15の船尾部に取り付けていくのである。その
取付順序としては先ず下部ブロックAを取り付ける。該
下部ブロックAの位置決めの方法としては、該下部ブロ
ックAの後端面と位置決め治具13の折曲片14との間
.が所定間隔になるように下部ブロックAをセットし、
前記マーキング済みのシューピース16のセンターと下
部ブロックAの180ピ位置(第1図参照)を合わせ、
下部ブロックAのフラット部の水平をレベルで見る。寸
法、センター、水平が良好一であれば下部ブロックAを
シューピース16上に受台17を介して仮付をする。次
に上部ブロックBを取り付ける。そのとき上部ブロック
Bの上方に突出するセンターリブB゛をスターンフレー
ム6上面の前記マーキング位置に合わせる。又下げ振り
によりセンターリブB″が垂直になるように合わせ、下
部ブロックBの後端面と位置決め治具13の折曲片14
との間が前記下部ブロックAと同じ所定間隔になるよう
にセットする。内寸法、後端面が良好であれば上部ブロ
ックBの船体15に仮付する。又センターリブB″の両
舷(両面)と船体15との間に計4本の補強を取り付け
る。このようにして下部ブロックA及び上部ブロックB
の仮・付を行なつた後は左側部プロYクC,右側部ブロ
ックDの順に取付作業を行なう。この両ブロックC,D
の取付時においては夫々ブロックC,Dの後端面と位置
決め治具13の折曲片14との間が前記下部ブロックA
1上部ブロックBと同じ所定間隔になるようにセットし
、両ブロックC,Dを船体15に仮付する。以上各ブロ
ックA−Dの搭載完了後、全ブロックA−Dによつて形
成されたノズル1の寸法計測を行ない、寸法が不具合で
あれば修正を行ない、修正完了後固めを行なう。固め完
了後ノズル1の寸法計測を行ない。後端面の円寸法及び
垂直度を位置決め治具13て見る。寸法計測後各ブロッ
クA−Dを補強で拘束する。次に各ブロックA−D間を
溶接するための補強を取り付ける。ブロックA−D間の
溶接を両舷対称に行なう。ブロックA−D間の溶接完了
後、ノズルのブロック継手部及び船体15との取合部の
外板を復旧し、ブロックA−Dの対して溶接する。その
溶接順序は下部ブロックAから上方へ両舷対称に行なう
。その後上部ブロックB1下部ブロックAの順にカバー
プレートを復旧させる。その後前記の各補強及び溶接の
治具をノズル1から取り除き、前記位置決め治具13等
を用いて最終寸法等の取付精度を計測し、不具合がなけ
ればノズル1の取り付けが完了する。不具合があればそ
の箇所を修正すればよい。本発明船尾ノズルの取付位置
決め方法は以上述べたように実施し得るものであり、舵
板を取り外すことなくノズルを簡単に取り付けることが
でき、しかも予じめプロペラの軸芯に回転軸芯がセット
されている位置決め治具によつて精度の良い取付位置が
