この発明は、複層詰め凝固食品の上側凝固層を2形成
する食品液を、既にパック内に充填されている下側凝固
層を形成する食品液上に収容する複層詰め凝固食品の詰

らず、予め充填された複層詰め凝固食品の下側凝固層を
形成する食品液上に、上側凝固層を形成する食品液を混
入することなく充填収容できる装置を提供することを目
