成されているが、ともに次に述べる欠点がある。すなわ
ち、型鋼の角隅、端部、カセット板、ボルト等、入念な
塗装被膜を施しても後日になつて発錆し易い部位が多く
、カセット板と型鋼との接触面、およびトラフ組立の場
合には、第5図において、符号aで示す部位のように各
型鋼間の面に下地処理、塗装等の加工ができない場所が
必ず生じ、また屋根内面全体に凹凸があつて同様に下地
処理、塗装等の施工が困難であるとともに塗装面積が増
大するために工期が長くなる。さらに、第7図において
、屋根板4に重ね継手部をを構成させると骨組材6との
間に段差が生じて発錆原因になる上に、該継手部の屋根
板両面を隅内溶接で接合しておかないと発錆し易くなる
が、この内側の溶接作業が難作業であるなど、多くの問

梁7の上面と屋根板4とを累重させて接合し、骨組材6
の腹部と補強梁7とはカセット板9を介して接続させ、
内張り板8は端部を延伸させて接合し、また、第12図
に示すように、カセット板9が大形の場合には、内張り

面の隅肉溶接による重ね継手接合.を行なえるから、溶
