は上述した点に鑑み、主軸に動力を伝達する操作軸の係
合部に手動ハンドルの係合ピン及び錠止部材の錠止球体
とによってカム面を有するスライドリングを介して暫定
的に錠止して操作軸を上記主軸に連結すると同時に、こ
の主軸に動力を伝達し得るようにし、これによりタップ
を所定位置に切換えるようにしたことを目的とする手動
操作装置を提供するものである。
