ためである。The purpose of adding Pb is to improve strength and corrosion resistance, and the reason why the range is limited to 0.001 to 0.05% by weight is because if it is less than 0.001% by weight, the above effects can hardly be expected. This is because if it exceeds .05% by weight, thermal conductivity and processability will decrease. The purpose of adding Ag and Sn is mainly to improve heat resistance.
The range was limited to more than 0.05 to 0.15% by weight.
.. This is because if the amount is less than 0.05% by weight, little effect can be expected, and if it exceeds 0.15% by weight, the thermal conductivity will decrease.

In addition, thermal conductivity was evaluated by measuring electrical conductivity, which has a positive correlation with thermal conductivity. Note that the conductivity measurement was performed in accordance with JISH0505. The results are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from Table 2, the alloy of the present invention is an alloy with excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity.
