本発明はコンクリート地下構築物における新規な防水
工法に関するものであつて、コンクリート地下構築物の
外周面にゴムとアスファルトの重合剤でコロイド状を呈
する接着剤を塗布したのち、その外面にフロンアスファ
ルトとストレートアスファルトを熱溶解しそれを低温に
もどし更に硬化 剤、合成コム、合成樹脂、粘着附与剤
それに老化防止剤を入れてよくまぜる事により完全な硬
化状態とせずして中心となるアスファルトゴムを形成せ
しめその表側に高発泡性ポリエチレシートとポ リエチ
レンフィルムを、又その裏側に不織布をシート状におい
て前記の溶解熱の残存によりこれらすべて一体化して1
枚のシートとして作成した防水用シートを接着すること

内壁面にに例えば「オギノールA」(商品名)などの合
成無機質系の防水接着剤2を焼付けし、その内壁周面と
底面との連結部に無機質系の防水モルタル3を填入し、
同構築物1の底面と外周面にゴムとアスファルトの重合
剤でコロイド状を呈する防水接着剤4を常温工法で塗布
したのち、その底面と外周面の下方部にフロンアスファ
ルトとストレートアスファルトを熱溶解し、それを低温
にもど化更に硬化剤、合成ゴム、合成樹・脂、粘着附与
剤それに老化防止剤を入れてよくまぜる事により完全な
硬化状態とせずして中心となるアスファルトゴムを形成
せしめその表側に高発泡性ポリエチレンシートとポリエ
チレンフィルムを、又その裏側に不織布をシート状にお
いて前記の溶解熱の残存によりこれらすべて一体化して
1枚のシマトとして作成した防水用シート5を接着し、
同シート5の端縁にゴムとアスファルトの重合剤よりな
るシーリング6を以つてコーキングを施し、更に構築物
1の外周面の残余の防水接着剤4と上記の防水用シート
5に於て構築物1の外周面に接着された部分の表面に新
たに塗布した防水接着剤4によつて構築物1の外周面全
体に同じく防水用シート1を接着し、同構築物1の下部
にコンクリート製の台床7を配すると共に外周面全体に

で、本発明によるときにはコンクリート構築物の外面に

に比して著しく高い防水効果を発揮することができるの
みならず本発明によつて得た防水層は耐候性、耐薬品性
及び耐久力性どに極めて優れた性能を有する等の効果を
