To solve this problem, a cushion body for a car seat has been proposed in which an air lumbar support is built into the backrest of the seat to press the lumbar region and correct the posture, thereby preventing fatigue. However, conventional cushion bodies of this type have the disadvantage that the pressing action of the air lumbar support is too strong, giving rise to a strange or foreign body sensation. On the other hand, in order to improve the surface feeling and setting property, a flexible surface material is used, and this surface material is placed on the inner surface of the mold, and a urethane foam stock solution is injected and foamed to bond and integrate the two. It is known that air lumbar support is built into this, and it is considered that air lumbar support can be built into it, but because a hard impregnated layer is formed between the surface material and the urethane foam, the pressing effect of air lumbar support is insufficient. The problem was that it could not be put to practical use because it did not perform well. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion body for an automobile seat that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cushion body for an automobile seat using a lid mold and a lower mold, in which the inner surface of the lower mold has a predetermined shape and is coated with a liquid-impermeable coating and a liquid impregnated at an arbitrary location on one side. A surface material prepared by laminating a sheet member having a property of water is placed so that the surface material is in contact with the inner surface of the mold, a stock solution for urethane foam is injected into the surface material, and then the liquid impregnation property is A lid mold having a convex portion at a position corresponding to the sheet member is used to close the lid over the lower mold, and the surface material is molded according to the mold by the foaming pressure of the urethane foam stock solution, and the sheet is impregnated with liquid. An automobile characterized in that the member is impregnated with a urethane foam stock solution and cured, the surface material and the urethane foam are bonded and integrated, and then an air lamp support is inserted into the recess of the urethane foam created by the lid-shaped convex part. The gist is a method of manufacturing a seat cushion body. As the mold used in the present invention, a split mold having a mold surface for forming the cushion body can be used, with the mold surface for forming the front and side surfaces of the cushion body as the lower mold, and the mold surface for forming the back surface. It is common to have a surface on the upper mold. The liquid-impermeable coating prevents the formation of a hard impregnated layer between the surface material and the urethane foam. It can be placed anywhere on one side of the surface material.

This insertion recess is provided at a position corresponding to the pressure relief member, and may or may not be penetrating. That is, when the air lamp support is inserted, it may either come into direct contact with the pressure relief member or there may be urethane foam interposed therebetween. The pressure relief member is intended to relieve the pressure exerted by the air lamp support and apply an appropriate pressure force to the human body without causing the sensation of a foreign body, and is provided between the surface material and the liquid-impermeable coating or on the surface material. formed on a liquid-impermeable coating. This pressure relief member has a sheet shape, and although it has flexural deformability and relatively rigidity, it needs to be more flexible than the impregnated layer formed between the surface material and the urethane foam. As this pressure relief member, for example, a palm board, a coarse blanket, etc. can be used, and when the urethane foam stock solution is impregnated and cured, it becomes relatively rigid and also has flexural deformability. below,
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Figures 1 to 7
The figure shows one embodiment of the present invention. First, a liquid-impermeable coating 2 is fixed to one side of a surface material 1 cut into a flat shape with a predetermined thickness using an adhesive (not shown). Furthermore, a liquid-impregnable sheet member 1f is fixed thereon with an adhesive (not shown) (FIG. 1). The coating 2 is provided only on a portion 4'' corresponding to the main portion 4 of the backrest portion (the portion corresponding to the back, see Fig. 7), and is provided only on the side portion 5 of the backrest portion (see Fig. 7).
It is not provided in the portion 5'' corresponding to FIG. A general fixing means may be used. The surface material 1 formed by fixing the coating 2 and the sheet member 17 is placed in contact with the inner surface of the lower mold 6 forming the cushion body. , and set so that the coating 2 and the sheet member 17 are positioned on the upper side.

A lid mold 9 having a convex portion 8 at a position facing the sheet member 17 is used to close the lid on the lower mold 6, and the surface material 1 is molded according to the mold by the foaming pressure of the urethane foam stock solution 7 ( Figure 3). The surface material 1, coating 2, sheet member 17, and urethane foam 10 are bonded and integrated with each other by the adhesive force generated during foaming of the stock solution 7, and the sheet member 17 is impregnated with the urethane foam stock solution and hardened. Therefore, the sheet member 17 becomes the pressure relief member 3 having rigidity and flexural deformability. At this time, in the main portion 4 of the backrest portion provided with the coating 2, the urethane foam 10
Since contact with the surface material 1 is avoided, a hard impregnated layer is not formed, and on the other hand, a hard impregnated layer 11 is formed on the side portions 5 of the backrest portion where the coating 2 is not provided. Thus, the cushion body 12 as shown in FIG. 4 is obtained, and the air lamp support 14 is inserted into the recess 13 formed by the convex portion 8 of the lid mold 9 on the back surface of the cushion body 12, and fixed by adhesive or other means. (Fig. 5), and then the air supply/discharge pipe 15 is attached, and if necessary, a backing material 16 of Kanreisha, Hessyan, etc. is attached (Fig. 6).

In the configuration of the cushion body 12, the air supply/discharge pipe 15
When air is supplied into the air damper support 14 to inflate the air damper support 14, a pressing force adjusted to an appropriate strength by the pressure relief member 3 is applied to the surface material 1, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the surface material 1 bulges out (bulged portion b), and as a result, for example, the lumbar region is appropriately pressed, preventing the lumbar region from sinking into the seat, thereby preventing fatigue. Usually, the air lamp support 14 is built in at the waist contact position, but the present invention is not limited to this, and instead of the waist contact position, or in addition to the waist contact position, it may be installed at other upper back contact positions, etc. It may be built in any position.

In this case, it is a matter of course that an air lamp support insertion recess is provided at the corresponding position. Note that the size of the liquid-impermeable coating is not limited to the case where it is formed larger than the pressure relief member, but in order to achieve the object of the present invention, it is necessary to make it at least the same size as the pressure relief member.
Although the above embodiment describes the case of manufacturing a backrest portion of an automobile seat, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the present invention can be applied to a pedestal portion as necessary.

As explained above, in the cushion body of the present invention, the pressure relief member having rigidity and flexural deformability is provided between the surface material and the air lamp support, so that the pressing force by the air lamp support is moderated by the pressure relief member. eased into
As a result of preventing local swelling of the cushion body, the pressing force exerted on the human body through the surface material is moderate, and there is no risk of feeling strange or feeling like a foreign body as in the past. In addition, due to the presence of the liquid-impermeable coating, a hard impregnated layer is not formed between the surface material and the urethane foam.
As a result, cushioning properties, surface feeling properties, and setting properties can be improved. Furthermore, since the liquid-impermeable coating and the pressure relief member are laminated, no hardened impregnated layer is formed on the surface material corresponding to the position where the air lamp support is installed, and the influence of the hard impregnated layer is eliminated. As a result, the pressing effect of the air lumper support is not diminished, and together with the moderate relaxation effect of the pressing force of the air lumper support by the pressure relief member, good tension properties can be obtained. Furthermore, by appropriately selecting the location where the film is formed, the following advantages can be produced.

That is, if appropriate selection is made, for example, by forming the coating on the main part of the backrest, but not forming the coating on the side parts of the backrest, the coating can be applied to areas where flexibility is required, such as the main part. It is possible to maintain flexibility, and the impregnated layer can provide appropriate hardness to areas where hardness is required, such as the side portions. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, since the recessed portion for inserting the air lamp support is simultaneously formed during the molding process using the mold, there is no need to provide a separate step for providing the recessed portion before or after molding, and the manufacturing This has the effect of simplifying the process.

In addition, unlike the case where the recess is provided in the surface material, there is also the advantage that there is no problem even if the recess is not closed after the air lamp support is installed, which is advantageous in manufacturing (when providing the recess in the surface material) If the recess is not finally closed, it will feel lumpy).
