目的とする。The set has a rectangular or square plate shape, and the dimensions of each part are specified in JIS Z4905. When performing X-ray photography using such a cassette, first open the cassette in a dark room or mechanically in a bright room, insert unexposed X-ray film between the thickening papers, and then close the cassette. X-ray room (X-ray room)
Transport to. Next, the cassette is directly or indirectly applied to the patient's area to be imaged, and then X-rays are irradiated from the X-ray generator. When these X-rays pass through the patient's area to be imaged,
A transmitted image of the imaged area is drawn on the X-ray film. As described above, since the cassette often comes into direct contact with the patient's imaging site, the front and back surfaces of the cassette become contaminated with bacteria, viruses, etc. carried by the patient, making it unsanitary. For this reason, in the past, measures have been taken to disinfect and sterilize the front and back surfaces of the cassettes with appropriate disinfectants, but such disinfection and sterilization must be performed for each cassette, which makes the work cumbersome. However, it is actually impossible to do it every time. Therefore, a lot of working time was required and it was extremely inefficient. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a small and lightweight sterilizer that simultaneously sterilizes the front and back surfaces of a plurality of X-ray film cassettes.

It is divided. The floor plate 2 is located slightly above the center of the main body 1 in the height direction, and as a result, the height of the upper sterilizing space 3 is lower than the height of the lower sterilizing space 4. In this way, the height of the upper sterilization space 3 is lower than the height of the lower sterilization space 4 because
This is to lower the center of gravity and improve the stability of the apparatus by storing a small X-ray film cassette 5 in the upper sterilizing space 3 and storing a large cassette 5 in the lower sterilizing space 4. . Buffer and soundproof mats 6 are placed on the upper surfaces of the floorboard 2 and the bottom wall of the main body 1, respectively,
These mats 6 are made of felt, for example. Reference numeral 7 designates germicidal lamps installed in the upper and lower sterilizing spaces 3 and 4 (only the one installed in the upper sterilizing space 3 is shown in Figure 1). Emit germicidal ultraviolet light to the surrounding area.

Rectangular openings 8 and 9 are formed in the front wall of the main body 1 directly below each germicidal lamp 7, and these openings 8 and 9 are formed in the front wall of the main body 1 by hinges 1.
It is closed by doors 11 and 12 which are attached so as to be openable and closable via 0. Also, these doors 11 and 12 have hinges 1
As a result, if the cassettes 5 are replaced with each door 11, 12 removed, the work becomes easy even when there are a large number of cassettes 5. Transparent glasses 13 and 14 are fitted into the center of each door 11 and 12 for viewing the inside of the upper and lower 4 sterilizing spaces 3 and 4, respectively.
If the ultraviolet rays from the germicidal lamp 7 leak outside, there is a risk of hurting the eyes, so it is preferable to use one that can block ultraviolet rays. Directly below the germicidal lamp 7 and above the upper ends of the openings 8 and 9, a shielding plate 15 parallel to the germicidal lamp 7 is installed.
Alternatively, leakage to the outside through the transparent glasses 13 and 14 is blocked. A plurality of partition members 16 and 17 are provided in each of the upper and lower sterilization spaces 3 and 4, respectively.
7 is formed by bending a round bar into a U-shape. These partition members 1 no. 6, 17 are fixed at both ends to the rear wall of the main body 1, and are approximately connected to the bottom surfaces of the upper and lower sterilization spaces 3, 4, that is, the floor plate 2 and the bottom wall of the main body 1. They are arranged vertically and parallel to the width direction of the main body 1. As a result, there is a space between each partition member 16 and 17. Upper and lower sterilization space 3
, 4 are formed, and the cassette 5 is inserted into these insertion spaces in a substantially upright state. As shown in FIG. 2, each partition member 16, 17 has a plurality of bulges 18 formed therein, and these bulges 18 are arranged apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the partition members 16, 17. As a result, the cassette 5 inserted into the insertion space
The front and back surfaces of the cassette 5 are in contact with the bulging portion 18, and a minute gap 19 is formed between the front and back surfaces of the cassette 5 and the partition members 16 and 17. The inner surface of the main body 1 is chrome plated or painted white so that ultraviolet rays from the germicidal lamp 7 are reflected. 1 and 3, a pair of holders 20 are attached to the outer surfaces of both side walls of the main body 1, respectively (only one holder attached to one side wall is shown in FIG. 1), and each A square hole 21 is formed in the holder 20 and passes through the holder 20 from top to bottom. Reference numeral 22 denotes a handle, and insertion portions 23 inserted into the square hole 21 are provided at both ends of the handle 22.

。As a result, the handle 22 is detachably attached to the main body 1. The handle 22 is attached to the main body 1 when the sterilizer is moved, and is removed from the main body 1 when the sterilizer is stopped, thereby reducing the space occupied by the entire device. Again, in FIG. 1, rollers 24 are rotatably supported at the four corners of the lower surface of the bottom wall of the main body 1, so that the sterilizer is movable. Next, the operation of one embodiment of the present invention will be explained.

ていてもよい。At this time, the small cassette 5 is placed in the upper sterilizing space 3, and the large cassette 5 is placed in the lower sterilizing space 3. Since it is housed in the germ space 4, the center of gravity of the entire sterilizer is lowered and its stability is improved. Further, at this time, if the cassette 5 is stored with the doors 11 and 12 removed from the main body 1, this operation becomes easier. The cassette 5 is stored in the upper and lower sterilizing spaces 3 and 4 by inserting the cassette 5 between adjacent partition members 16 and 17. As a result, each cassette 5 is sandwiched between the adjacent partition members 16 and 17, and is held approximately perpendicular to the bottom surfaces of the upper and lower sterilization spaces 3 and 4, and one side of the cassettes 5 is completely flush with the bottom surface. The contact stabilizes the posture. Next, in this state, the handle 22 is pulled or pushed to move the sterilizer to the X-ray room. At this time, since the posture of the cassette 5 is stable as described above, the cassette 5 is
will not move and collide with each other. In this way, this sterilizer can be used as a transport vehicle for easily transporting a large number of cassettes 5 (which are heavy). Then, such a sterilizer is stopped at a predetermined position in the X-ray photography room, but at this time, the handle 22 is removed from the main body 1. As a result, the space occupied by the sterilizer as a whole is reduced, and especially when a plurality of such sterilizers are parked side by side, the distance between the sterilizers can be made extremely narrow. Next, if necessary, the set 5 is taken out from the sterilizer and used for X-ray photography. At this time, the cassette 5 often comes into direct contact with the imaging site of the patient, but when such direct contact occurs, the cassette 5 is contaminated due to bacteria and viruses that the patient has attached to the cassette 5. The cassette 5, which has undergone X-ray imaging in this manner, is again stored in the upper and lower sterilization spaces 3, 4 in a substantially vertical position. As mentioned above, the cassettes 5 are used one after another for X-ray imaging, but during this time a large number of cassettes 5 are stored in an orderly manner in the sterilizer, and as a result, the sterilizer is a safe place with no danger of falling. It also functions as a storage stand.
Next, when all the cassettes 5 are used for X-ray photography, the germicidal lamp 7 is turned on and ultraviolet rays are emitted from the germicidal lamp 7. This ultraviolet rays reach the cassette 5 either directly or indirectly by reflecting off the inner surface of the main body 1, and remove bacteria attached to the exposed surface of the cassette 5.
Kills Beerus etc. At this time, as mentioned above, many cassettes 5 are maintained in a substantially upright state, so the front and back surfaces of these many cassettes 5 are exposed, and as a result,
The front and back surfaces are sterilized at the same time. Also, at this time, a bulge 18 is provided between the front and back surfaces of the cassette 5 and the partition members 16 and 17.
Since a minute gap 19 is formed by the cassette 5, the ultraviolet rays propagate through this minute gap 19 and reliably reach the entire front and back surfaces of the cassette 5, and sterilization is performed over the entire front and back surfaces. Next, after the sterilizing lamp 7 is turned off, the handle 22 is attached to the main body 1, and the sterilizing device is moved from the X-ray photography room to a dark room. In addition, in the above-mentioned Example, although the germicidal lamp 7 was made to extend in the width direction of the main body 1, the germicidal lamp may extend in the front-back direction.

Any device that emits light (electromagnetic waves) that has a sterilizing effect may be used. Further, the partition members 16, 17
is generally U-shaped and both ends are attached to the rear end of the main body 1, but it is generally L-shaped with one end attached to the rear wall of the main body and the other end attached to the floorboard or bottom wall, or It may be linear as a whole, with one end attached to the rear wall of the main body and the other end attached to the floor plate or bottom wall. Further, although the partition members 16 and 17 described above are formed by bending bar materials, these partition members may be formed into plate-shaped bodies.
In other words, the partition member only needs to be able to hold the plurality of cassettes in a substantially upright state. Further, the bulging portion 18 may be formed in part or all of the partition members 16 and 17. Further, the bulging portion 18 may be formed by any method as long as it bulges (protrudes) from the partition members 16 and 17. For example, if the partition member is made of a plate-like material, embossing or cutting and raising tongues may be considered. Effects As described above, according to the present invention, the front and back surfaces of a plurality of X-ray film cassettes can be sterilized simultaneously, and the entire apparatus can be made smaller and lighter.
