ないという大きな問題があり、また同期させるための連
結設備投資に金額がかかり問題がある。本発明は、上記
従来例に於ける問題点を解決するためになされたもので
あつて、上下一対の回転刃によつて一方向に走行する棒
材、線材等の条材を5m,/秒を超える速度て走間中に
剪断する剪断機において、条材の進行ラインを定位置で
あるトツプクロツプカツトB位置からボトム及びチョッ
ピングカットA位置に自由に変位せしめる機構を設け、
上記上刃の同一回転軸に回転方向に第1上刃2を該チョ
ッピングカットA上に第2上刃3を該チョッピングカッ
トA上に更に第3上刃1を該カット油上にそれぞれ順に
第1、第2、第3上刃取付アーム8,9,7に脱着自在
に設け該第1上刃2の第1上刃取付アーム8の後面にト
ップ叩き部J5を該Bライン上に又第1クロツプ跳り出
し部5″をAライン上に設け、又第2上刃3の第2上刃
取付アーム9の後面には第2クロツプ跳り出し部6を該
ラインAの真上に設け、更に第3上刃1の第3上刃取付
アーム7−の後面には第3クロツプ跳り出し部4を該ラ
インAの真上に設け、一方下部の回転刃の同一回転軸に

であればミスロールが散乱しその処理時間が約1時間も
かかり圧延操業を一時中断しかつ処理工数も多くかなり
の損害に至る。本願はこれらの問題点を解決するために
同一回転軸に前述に示すトツプクロツプカツト、ボトム
クロツプカツトをつけ更に上記のチョッピングカット(
連続カット)を設けている。このチョッピングカットを
具備した事により圧延ラインの点検だけで良くなり約3
分程度の時間で対処可能である。次にそのカットの手順
を述べる。
