On the other hand, hair for conventional dolls has been selected and used that is relatively similar to Daisei's, but it is still too shiny and expensive dolls are far from that image, giving the doll itself a cheap impression. is giving.

When spinning monofilaments with a diameter of 50 to 150 μm for use in hair, the stability of the obtained monofilaments was extremely poor due to excessive water absorption and poor spinnability. As a result of intensive research in order to obtain a stable matte thread that eliminates the conventional cheap luster, the inventor of the present invention found that when making vinylidene chloride synthetic resin into monofilament for doll hair, the conventional silicon oxide luster was eliminated. If Burl pigment is included in place of the eraser, a very good matting effect will be achieved, and at the same time, the stability will not be compromised in terms of water absorption, stringability, etc., and artificial hair similar to Daisei will be created. This is a new discovery.

In order to obtain the matte yarn of the present invention, in addition to adding a desired pigment as a coloring agent to the vinylidene chloride-based synthetic resin, a bar pigment is also added to make the resin matte.
It is manufactured by forming a monofilament with a diameter of about 50 to 150 μm.

Among them, mica coated with titanium oxide is particularly good. The amount added may be an amount that can produce a matting effect, for example, 0.1 to 2% by weight per 10% by weight of the resin, preferably 0.2 to 1.0% by weight. be. Furthermore, when obtaining the matte thread of the present invention, in order to ensure the plasticity and stability of the monofilament obtained, an adipic acid plasticizer is added in an amount of 1 to 1 weight percent, an epoxy type, and a benzotriazole based on 10 weight percent of the resin. It is preferable to add both of the system stabilizers in an amount of 1 to 1% by volume.

For example, a desired compound is extruded through a nozzle, then rapidly cooled in a quench bath, and then the filament is drawn by a factor of 3 to 5 using a godet roller with a speed difference. This is done by making the thread have a diameter.

Therefore, a matte effect is obtained due to the diffused reflection of light on the surface.

It has been found that these phenomena are particularly noticeable when the filament diameter is 50 to 150 pm, ensuring a high quality image for the hair. Therefore,
The matte yarn of the present invention is not only suitable for use as hair for dolls, but also has the potential to be used for hair on Western dolls.
以下に、本発明の艶消し糸を実施例にて説明する。The matte yarn of the present invention will be explained below using Examples.

The respective amounts shown in Table 1 were used to obtain threads of the colors shown in the table. These matte threads are made with acid as a traditional matting agent. It is particularly excellent in that it eliminates the disadvantage that silicon oxide and the like absorb water during the spinning stage because they are hygroscopic.
次に従来品との安定性を比較した。Next, we compared the stability with conventional products.
