FIG. 3 is a schematic front view of a stranded wire manufacturing apparatus showing an embodiment of the present invention, in which a stranding machine 10 for directly manufacturing stranded wires by molding powder material, a stranding machine 10, etc. are loaded. A cradle 11 is pivotally supported at both ends, at least one of which transmits power to the stranding machine 10, and a part of which transmits power to the stranding machine 10. The shafts 12, 13, and 14 serve as passages, and the shafts 12, 14 hold the twisted wires sent out from the shafts 12.
The cradle 11 and cradle 1 rotate together with the cradle 11 and cradle 1.
A means for rotating the space surrounding the wire stranding machine 10 and other loaded items loaded on the wire stranding machine 1 is composed of, for example, arms 15, 15'' and a stranding guide rod 16 connected to the tips of the arms 15, 15''. The number of twists is changed by separately varying the rotation of the rotating head 8 that twists together the wires extruded by the twisting machine 10 and the rotation of the arms 15 and 15'' that are rotated together with the shafts 12 and 14. At the same time, the twisting pitch of the twisted wires can be arbitrarily adjusted as required.

However, these twisted wires. The elongated material inlet of the machine is a granular material inlet 17, and a hopper 18 communicating with the material inlet 17 is installed corresponding to a granular material supply port 19 communicating with a material supplying device (not shown). Ru. Figure 3 shows stranding machine 1
0 using the direct stranding machine explained in Figure 1. The rotary head 8 of the stranding machine 10 uses a motor 20 as a power source, and has a speed reducer 21, a shaft 12, and a shaft 22 which also serves as a support block that supports the shaft 13 extending from the stranded wire. , and are driven by power transmitted via the gearbox 24, respectively. Therefore, the rotational speed of the rotary head 8 of the wire twisting machine 10 is controlled by the gear in the support block/reducer 23 and the gear box 24.
It is possible to appropriately set the rotation speed separately from the second rotation speed.
The plurality of wires 25 sent out from the die 5 in the wire twisting machine 10 are twisted together by the rotation of the rotary head 8 in the twisting die 26 disposed at the inner end of the wire twisting machine 10 to form a twisted wire 27. Ru. Reference numeral 28 denotes a support block that supports the twisting machine 10 via a shaft 29 and also supports the freely rotating shaft 14 that supports the cradle 11, respectively.

In this case, the shaft 14 freely rotates together with the arm 15'', but it may also be rotated at the same speed as the shaft 12 by a power source (not shown) via a separate support block 30. A first guide ring 35 is provided in an opening 32 that communicates with the shaft hole.
The stranded wire 27 twisted by the twisting machine 10 passes through the central shaft hole of the shaft 13 and the shaft 12 and is inserted into the shaft 12. The stranded wire 27'' is guided to the opening 32 via the first guide wheel 33 of the shaft 14, and then sent along the arm 15, the stranded wire guide rod 16, and the arm 15'' sequentially by the guide wheel 31. from the opening 34 in the shaft 14;
The wire is guided by the guide ring 35, passes through the central hole of the shaft 14, becomes the stranded wire 2r, and is wound up by a stranded wire winder (not shown).
The stranded wire manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, except for the power part, is sealed with a partition wall 36 for the purpose of preventing oxidation of the raw material, and the atmosphere around the apparatus is adjusted with an inert gas or the like as necessary. Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained.

The gap between the material supply port 19 and the hopper 18 is fixed by the arm 15,
The stranded wire 27'' twisted once per rotation of the strand 15' passes together with the stranded wire guide rod 16 and crosses the flow of material from the supply port 19, but the material is not supplied to the stranding machine 10 by storage in the hopper 18. There is no supply interruption at all.The material supplied to the twisting machine 10 is sent out as a plurality of strands 25 from the die 5 by a twisting machine equipped with an extrusion forming mechanism as shown in FIG. The wires are twisted together in the twisting die 26 by the rotation of the rotating head 8 of the twisting machine.

The twisted wires 27 pass through the shaft 13, the support block/reducer 23, and the central shaft hole of the shaft 12, and then are guided to the first guide ring 33 inside the shaft 12. Next, the stranded wire 27 guided to the first guide wheel 33 is twisted by the rotation of the arm 15 to become a stranded wire 27'', and is further twisted into a stranded wire 27''.
5. The stranded wire 27'' is guided to the second guide ring 35 of the shaft 14 via the stranded wire guide rod 16 and the guide wheels of the arm 15'', where the stranded wire 27'' is twisted again by the rotation of the arm 15''. The wire 2r is wound up by a winding machine (not shown) via the shaft 14 and the central axis hole of the support block 30.The twisted wire 27 twisted by the twisting machine 10 in this way is twisted by the rotation of the arms 15 and 15''. The wires are twisted two more times at the guide wheels 33 and 35 by the twisting machine 1.
By arbitrarily setting the rotational speed of the rotating head 8 and the rotational speed of the arms 15, 15'', it is possible to adjust the twisting pitch of the stranded wires 27'' that are finally twisted together. . In addition, granular materials that were partially repelled by the rotation of the stranded wire guide rod 16 and were not sent to the hopper 18, and materials that were rejected without becoming a product during the forming process in the stranding machine (flash) are sold separately. After being collected, it can be put into the hopper 18 through a regeneration process for reuse.

Furthermore, by using powder as the material, the distortion during compression molding by the wire twisting machine is large, so the recrystallization temperature of the material can be reduced and the molding temperature can be kept low, which improves the durability of the entire equipment. This has the advantage of improving the product yield, and since it becomes possible to reuse the flash generated within the device, the product yield can also be improved.
