装置の実施例にもとづいて説明すると次のようである。Accordingly, it is desired to laminate general photos, ID photos, exhibition photos, and various photos for the above purpose, but with the current photos on smooth or satin negative paper,
It is difficult to laminate it directly with a laminating machine. This is because when the photographic surface is heated to high temperatures during lamination processing, gas will inevitably be generated from the chemical coating layer, so lamination processing that involves this gas generation will cause the resin coating on the photographic surface to deteriorate. During coating, the generated gas has no escape and is trapped between the film and the photographic surface, and the sealed gas remains as bubbles, resulting in bubble generation. As a result, the generation of air bubbles will result in incomplete coating in that area, resulting in a risk of peeling and resulting in defective lamination. In addition, the air bubble spots will blur the photo and make it very unclear. Lamination processing is not completely reliable for photographs because it seriously impairs the beauty of the photograph and makes it unsightly, causing a significant loss of photographic value.Furthermore, there are defects such as fading and discoloration in that area. It is considered difficult. Note that even in a photograph of a satin finish, since the satin finish has an irregularly uneven surface, gas remains in the interspersed recesses and bubbles are likely to occur. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to reliably prevent the generation of bubbles during the lamination of the secondary photographs by using a simple method and apparatus, thereby achieving completely reliable lamination of various photographs. This is done by applying an electric or hand-powered press to the photographic surface of the negative paper using a scoring roller to create an appropriate streak pattern such as straight lines, curves, grids, meshes, etc., or by using other suitable methods. A method for preventing the generation of air bubbles in photo lamination, characterized by applying a crease joint process using a press using a creasing press tool, and releasing gas generated on the photo surface during photo lamination to the outside through the creases. And, on a suitable container into which the photograph is sent, a scoring roller with an appropriate streak pattern such as straight lines, curves, lattice, mesh, etc. is installed as an electric or manual press ball feeding roller mechanism with opposing rollers, or the scoring roller is set up as an electric or manual press ball feeding roller mechanism. This bubble generation prevention device in photo lamination is characterized in that only a roller is installed on a flat table so as to rotate or transfer the press, and performs necessary crease joint processing on the photo surface of photo negative paper. An embodiment of the method of the present invention will be described below based on an embodiment of an apparatus for carrying out the method.

A straight line,
A nipping roller is provided with a scoring roller 6 carved with a suitable streak pattern such as a curved line, grid, mesh, etc. on the lower side, and an unprocessed counter roller 7 placed on the upper side opposite to the scoring roller 6.
Each of the bearings 8, 8', 9, 9' is attached to the device body 5 and rotatably supported, and an appropriate manual handle mechanism or electric rotating Load the mechanism (not shown), and screw the pressure adjustment screw holes 11, 11' onto the shaft bearings 9, 9' of the upper opposed roller 7 using the husband plate part of the container body 5. One of the screw punches 11 is screwed with a U-shaped metal fitting 12 having a height that maintains a sufficient gap between the one foot holder 9 and the husband plate of the vessel body 5.
The lower surface of the screw punch 11' rests on one of the bearings 9, and the lower end of the screw punch 11' rests on the other bearing 9'. A vertical guide hole 13 that connects the iron parts of the iron parts and guides them up and down.

5 is fed into the container body 5 in an upside-down state, and the photograph is pressed between the feeding rollers.

If the ball bearings 9 and 9' are regulated, the vertical guide holes 13 and 13
′, the height of the bearings 9, 9′ is determined at the height of the U-shaped metal fitting 12 and the other screw punch 11′, and the opposing roller 7 passes through the nipping shown in the photo. In contrast, the press interval with the scoring roller 6 is adjusted. Then, by rotating the scoring roller 6 with a manual handle or an electric rotating device, a pressing action can be performed on the photograph.

Therefore, if the photograph with the lines 16 is laminated using the laminating machine L, even if gas is generated from the drug-coated surface of the photographic surface 15 due to high-temperature heating during lamination, the total amount of generated gas will be reduced. The pressure of the resin film coating causes the lines to form and are pushed out to the outside through the lines, ensuring that they are released. Therefore, the generated gas will not remain in the form of bubbles. As a result, the generation of bubbles during photo lamination can be reliably prevented, and the photo can be laminated completely without uneven bubbles. Examples of this scoring device are shown in FIGS. 6-8.
As illustrated in the figure, the scoring roller 6 may not be used as a nipping roller, but may be used alone as a rotary press roller (FIG. 6) on the flat table 17,
Alternatively, the rotary press roller may be moved back and forth with respect to the flat table 17 (FIG. 7), and furthermore,
A vertically moving press device (FIG. 8) in which the pressing plate body is a scoring plate 18 can be used instead.

Also, the grain depth can be rough or coarse as appropriate, but coarse is more suitable for removing gas, and especially in the case of satin negative paper, coarse is more effective. Thus, the method of the present invention allows the photographic surface 15 of the photograph to be

As a result, the generation of bubbles due to residual gas is completely prevented, and completely reliable lamination of photographs can be carried out easily and safely.
