Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 各々同種の電気部品をテーピングした多種類の部品
集合帯群を、固設したマガジンから引き出して挿入機械
の底板の凹円弧上に等間隔に配備した各引出器に導き、
上記底板の凹円弧に対面する旋回円盤上の全周に外径方
向の移動が可能な把持器を等間隔に配備して前記引出器
と一組ずつ放射状に相対させ、上記引出器と相対する各
把持器の頭上フレームには、待機位置へ後退している把
持器を引出器と衝合させて電気部品を受領挟持する受渡
位置へ前進させる駆動部材を各々設けると共に、この各
駆動部材には挿入準備指令で引出器及びこれと対の把持
器を選択作動させる選択スイッチ部材を備え、更に上記
各把持器には受渡位置まで前進して受領挟持した電気部
品を迎合位置に待機保持する掛金部材を備えるほか、各
引出器には駆動部材の作動で部品集合帯を一部品ごと歩
進させるラチエット機構を備え、プリント基板へ電気部
品を挿入する挿入ヘッドは底板のない旋回円盤側におけ
る前記把持器の迎合位置に相応する挿入位置に設けられ
、この挿入位置には引出器側から近廻に旋回して到来す
る把持器に対して挿入ヘッドの保持後に電気部品を解除
する解放部材と把持器の掛金部材を外して待機位置へ戻
す掛外し部材とをフレーム上に備え、上記旋回円盤は垂
直軸でフレームに支持され且割出用のパルスモータに連
結し、更にこのパルスモータは副軸等を介して前記駆動
部材、選択スイッチ部材、解放部材、掛外し部材等に連
結され、挿入準備指令により任意に選択され1つの選択
スイッチ部材とパルスモータの附勢によつて電気部品を
引出器から旋回円盤上の把持器に受渡したのち、旋回円
盤の回転で挿入ヘツドへ旋回供給するようにしたことを
特徴とする電気部品の挿入機械における供給装置。
1. A group of multiple types of component collection bands, each having the same type of electrical components taped to it, is pulled out from a fixed magazine and guided to each drawer placed at equal intervals on a concave arc on the bottom plate of the insertion machine.
Grips movable in the outer radial direction are arranged at equal intervals around the entire circumference of the rotating disc facing the concave arc of the bottom plate, and each pair of grippers is arranged radially opposite to the drawer. The overhead frame of each gripper is provided with a driving member that moves the gripper that has retreated to the standby position to collide with the drawer and advance to the delivery position where it receives and holds the electrical component. A selection switch member is provided for selectively operating the drawer and its paired gripper in response to an insertion preparation command, and each gripper is further provided with a latch member that moves forward to the delivery position and waits and holds the received and clamped electrical component in the mating position. In addition, each drawer is equipped with a ratchet mechanism that advances the component collection band one by one by the operation of a drive member, and the insertion head for inserting electrical components into the printed circuit board is connected to the gripper on the side of the rotating disk without a bottom plate. At this insertion position, there is a release member for releasing the electrical component after the insertion head is held against the gripper that rotates proximally from the puller side, and a release member for releasing the electric component from the gripper. A latching/unlatching member is provided on the frame to release the latching member and return it to the standby position. The electrical component is connected to the drive member, selection switch member, release member, hooking member, etc. via the drive member, and is arbitrarily selected by the insertion preparation command, and rotates the electrical component from the drawer by energizing one selection switch member and the pulse motor. 1. A feeding device for an electrical parts insertion machine, characterized in that after being delivered to a gripper on a disc, the parts are turned and fed to an insertion head by rotation of a turning disc.
